Dear Customer , I am very disappointed to see that you are not happy with the computer you have purchased in our store. I can't see any communication from you in our system therefore no advise was given. To resolve the problem I have created the case so you should be contacted shortly by our support team with troubleshooting and further advise . In the meantime , as this should be company review rather than product itself , would you mind to revise please , we are really care for customers and such a review has a big impact to us . “Bought an all in one computer from these guys a few months ago after several weeks of research on all sites and shops. Hadn’t thought of the Compadvance option and came across it by chance. Thank heavens I did. Saved a few hundred pounds and the product was spot on and have had zero problems with it. Highly recommend them. Great value, great service, delivered within a couple of days. “I’m so in love with my laptop. I had a very bad experience buying a very underpowered lap which eventually gave up so it went back - not to Compadvance I must state. So I researched what I needed and then searched for a laptop to suit. Compadvance had what I needed at a competitive price and I even liked the colour. Highly recommend them.”

“i made an online PC purchase for my, home office (Three PCs, NAS etc.) and on delivery, found that i had ordered an unsuitable product. Compadvance was wonderful. it refunded my purchase cost and went to great trouble to provide options on a suitable in-stock PC. (I wanted to fit a second internal HDD.) I will buy again from this company.”

“I purchased an HP Envy with Swiss keyboard and cable. It's fantastic. Cable is a much better design than the UK standard. Compadvance were very helpful and prompt to reply to my questions. I will purchase from them again and highly recommend them.”
