“Although the Hewlett Packard 17.3 Laptop was an HP Re-new, you could not tell it apart from a brand new machine. Compadvance offered 1st class service from customer services able to answer technical questions to e-mails on next day delivery time. As far as price was concerned, nobody could match Compadvance. Thanks - great company, great service and fantastic product. John”

“Was looking at buying the HP Envy X2 at PC World as I wanted it "Today"!! But didn't want to pay the hefty £699 price tag, so came home and searched online. Found Compadvance selling refurbs for £489. Was assured by a family member that refurbs could be new items returned as a buyer had changed their mind or something as trivial as that, so decided to go for it. Ordered it online at around 12.30 lunchtime and it was in my hands at 9.02 the next day. This was not on a next day delivery though, just on a standard free delivery. Communication was superb with both Compadvance and the courier company. Love the machine and is a brand new computer just without all the original packaging. No scratches, nothing missing, just a fabulous new computer in my hands within 24 hours. And it comes with a 12 month HP guarantee. Cheers!”

“Excellent Service! Great prices too and order arrived next day! One thing I rate Compadvance for is they are part of the HP renew scheme which technically sells New computers for a lot cheaper than the rrp. There is also no risk as it still comes with a Full HP Manufacturer Warranty exactly the same as buying a brand new one! My laptop I purchased is perfect and there is no way in the world you could tell the difference between a HP renew computer and a brand new one! If you want a new computer for a lot cheaper then this is the place to come! And a cheeky hint this seller has an ebay outlet but if you buy direct from Compadvance website it works out about £20 cheaper as Compadvance cut out ebay the middle man! Very happy!”

“Overall I am very happy with the price and service provided. I got the item next day even though P&P was free! Also the price was the cheapest I could find anywhere online. My only slight complaint is that the box was a bit battered that the graphics card came in although it's contents were in perfect condition.”
