“Mick Miller was probably the best comedian we’ve had in a long long time. 45 guests laughed nonstop for 60 minutes. No bad language, no rude jokes just funny, funny, funny and such a refreshing change. What a gentleman! To be highly recommended.”

“If you are looking for a swearing blue comedian then Mike Farrell is NOT your man. On the other hand if you want someone who can entertain an audience from a wide spectrum he's the one for you. Mike kept an otherwise noisy audience comprising of men and women from an age range between 12 and 75 laughing for just short of an hour with clean funny stories the majority of which were new material. Never had such positive feedback having run the same function (a bowls presentation evening) for a good few years. He was recommended by after dinner speakers and comedians and based on this experience will certainly use their service again.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about Lea Roberts. I have been organising dinners and speakers for over 15 years now and there is nothing more satisfying than seeing the audience with tears of laughter running down their face. When I say the best I have ever seen, don’t believe me, believe the other 130 attendees who all echo my thoughts. Absolute-Lea magnificent!!!!”

“Speaker Kevin Ratcliffe and Comedian Big Lou Jones were both excellent. It was particularly pleasing to see them both stay and socialise with our guests for well over an hour after they had finished speaking. Kevin even buying a round of drinks for the top table. The first guest speaker that we have had who has done that. Its a small gesture but to those who had spent months organising the event it was worth its weight in gold. Well done and massive thanks to both of them. Highly recommended.”

“I have been using Mark Davis at After Dinner Speakers and Comedians for around 20 years. They have supplied my cricket club with top cricketing names and comedians and never let us down. This year we had comedian Josh Daniels for the 3rd time. He is a great lad and superb comedian with a twist (guitar). The audience loved him and he pitched his material just right. We have held gala dinners , club dinners and fundraising nights with the help of Mark and his team. “Ross Kemp was one of the best by far. He stayed 3 hours afterwards and had one hour of selfies. Great mix of serious and amusing stories. The feedback was incredible. He says he doesn’t do speeches like this normally but thoroughly enjoyed it. He lived in Yorkshire when he was in Emmerdale. Thanks Howard”

“We booked Anton Du Beke for a black tie dinner on the Isle of Man. He appealed not only to our corporate membership, but also to a wider audience, mainly female and we achieved over 250 guests. He was the perfect guest from start to finish and gave his time freely to all who attended – I have never seen a room full of people so warmly welcome a guest speaker. He talked, gave a quick dance demonstration and even sang – he is the complete package. Would not hesitate to recommend to all.”

“Just a quick thanks regarding Pete Emmett and his compere skills recently. We had an on stage incident ( nothing major ) that could have impacted guests entertainment. “I am just writing to say a huge thank you to David Kendall for his After Dinner Speech at Bury Golf Club on Friday evening. Before the speech he was wonderful company during the meal and his speech was absolutely fantastic. I was still getting compliments on the Sunday evening. David’s delivery was excellent, his stories were clean and he was a rare commodity who could hold his audience without reverting to bad language. As Captain I only get one opportunity to host a “Captains Evening” and David made it a great success and one I will remember for many years to come. “Jed Stone was an excellent comedian choice. Nothing smutty or swearing but very witty. His ad-libs and put downs were very quick witted and very funny. Everyone had a really good time and all I have heard since is ''what a great night it was the comedian was fantastic''. No need to say any more.”

“Billy Flywheel. Punctual, thorough in preparation, involving me as organiser, appropriately. Zany, interactive and inclusive. Suitably themed for the audience (golfing society). Left us with that important question, 'how did he do that?' Very good feedback from attendees. Billy's details requested from an attendee who is considering hosting an event. Good company at dinner. Drank no alcohol which added to the impression that he was seriously at work. I would, and have already recommended , Billy flywheel.”
