“Billy was fine. Was self-deprecating at the start which went down well. Mixed audience and he tailored the evening perfectly. Did great with the auction which raised £1000 and encouraged raffle sales, together with our two lady sellers, and that raised £800. The Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice in Huddersfield is the primary beneficiary. All in all a successful evening. Thank you”

“Mr Dennis Taylor was sociable and mingled with the crowd before and after dinner. He was very obliging with selfies. It was plain to see he was well-liked by all. One of our guests had a cue stick to be autographed by Dennis. It was great evening and was made that much more enjoyable by Dennis. We would recommend him to any corporate event.”

“Marc kindly helped me book Lea Roberts for our Football Club 45th Anniversary and my own 40th Birthday party. It was quite short notice too and so I was really pleased when we got Lea to commit. His stand up was exactly what we were looking for. Pitched at the right level - not too crude but also teased some of the crowd (including myself) and he got a fantastic response from the 75 people who attended. Lea really seemed to enjoy it too and exceeded the time he had agreed to do. After Lea had left, many of the members were asking who he was and whether we could get him again. A unique and thoroughly entertaining evening and we will definitely be in touch in the future about another night. Thanks so much. Alex”

“We used Mary and her team to source a comedian for our golf day. We had Mick Martin who was very good. He was on top form, took on the advice about the crowd we gave him and everybody thoroughly enjoyed him. Definitely use these guys again”

“Peter McGovern was a very entertaining dinner speaker for our Annual Corporate Golf Day. We have held this event for many, many years and I had never seen so many people laugh before! He was professional, polite, humorous and very knowledgeable of the Golf Industry. I would definitely recommend booking him.”

“I recently booked Dennis Taylor through yourselves for a charity golf day and dinner which I was arranging to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. I booked Dennis on your recommendation and I was not disappointed. Dennis both played golf and then spoke at the dinner. He was a real gentleman throughout the day, interacting with all the guests and making everyone feel at ease in his company. “I have worked with these guys for many years now and they never fail to impress. Great communication and very organised. We booked Billy Foster as our guest speaker for our Golf Club Sportsman's evening. Billy was great, happy to talk to everybody, stayed until the end and of course was a fantastic speaker. We had also booked Mike Maguire as our compare and comedian for the evening. He was absolutely brilliant from the start. Had everybody in stitches the whole night. Again great communication as Mike called me in the day to make sure everything was OK and he arrived in good time. Would recommend both of them!”

“We have had amazing speakers and comedians at hhcc,jed stone has done numerous events for us but sunday was his first event with phil.jed was his usual best interacted with everyone also impressed phil..as for phil what more can we say..we have had over 20 sportsman's Inc ronnie o'sullivan, steve davis,razor ruddock and Michael Vaughan but phil was the best..came early and watched England with the lads played 14 legs plus a un organised question and answer session..Phil was a true gent and we at hhcc won't forget him”

“Easy booking process, always recommend good speakers. We has 4 speakers booked for our comedy night- Garry Marshall, Jamie Sutherland, John Scott and Les Gibson. I had seen all of them in action before. Jamie is a great host and we are booking him again for our Ball in December. Garry's jokes felt a little outdated, but all in all they were good. Once you've seen the same speakers it feels that the jokes become repetitive. It would be a good idea for them to keep note of what they have done for the same client before and try to switch it up a bit. Even though they might not be at the same region or venue again, our guests tend to travel across the country and sometimes we hear feedback that the jokes are repeating. You guys do a great job though and it's great to have someone to go whenever we need speakers and comedians.”
