“We have recently purchase your company ultrasonic level detector to detect the CO2 bottle liquid level for fire suppression system of the Gas turbine enclosure. We have checked all the levels using the detector and the detector worked amazingly well. We used to detach the CO2 bottle to weigh them and this new method saved us a lot of maintenance time. CoGenPower Plant, New Zealand”

I ordered the portalevel mini, and got out to the job sight and we determined that we would need to upgrade to the MAX. they had a replacement unit packed and shipped out in hours, handled the return shipment of the mini and I had a happy customer within 2 days. The whole team went above and beyond.”

“Having used Portascanner onboard a vessel, I can definetly say it is the most reliable and esy way to check the integrity of your Hatch Covers and Hatch Coamings. Not spending the time of the ABs and crew and most important accurate results.”

“Great service from first contact to order fulfilment We ordered the first unit as a trial because our current units, made by another manufacturer were inaccurate in the results they gave. All our Engineers were very impressed with the accuracy and ease of use, so much so we have ordered another. Thanks to Karen and Lizzi for all their assistance and great customer service.”

“Hello, I have to say this organization is truly a pleasure to deal with. If you have any doubt on sending them equipment for calibration or repair please do not hesitate. Shipments were received and returned within 10 days from Canada. Detailed quotes and a great trade in program on old equipment. Thank you again to the staff at Coltraco!!”

“When I purchased my Coltraco LLI about 15 years ago, I had dealings with Dorothy and she gave me advice on the unit that i required. Since that time my LLi has worked well and not missed a beat. It was sent back for checks and repairs twice and the service that I received from Coltraco was second to none. Even to the point of Coltraco supplying parts, without payment in advance to enable me to carry out my service checking of CO2 system on ships in New Zealand. Thanks to you all, keep up the good work ans I trust that you will all be able to pass the Covid-19 problems with out any problems, thanks again, Peter Donald manager, Capital Fire Extinguishers, Wellington New Zealand”
