“Not happy with my hair at all in Ormskirk asked to have them thinned, weigh less,because they are quite long and hairdressere left long hair on the sides and bottom they look like chopped down totally out of shape and fluffy again. Overall the visit was long and unpleasant. I will definitely not return to this salon because I paid a lot of money for nothing I have to go and fix it somewhere else. When paying the price increased there was no information why. I also asked about coloring but at the end I just was ignored. I drove 15 miles for this west of money and time.”

Similar to your previous visits to our salons, a cut and finish service was conducted which is the appropriate service for your hair length.

“I really like this salon. I have passed by it many times over the years and never stopped in, but about a year ago I was looking for a new stylist because I had been getting haircuts and never really felt happy with them. I started to go to Andrew Collinge training school in Liverpool . I have had the trainees and graduates cut my hair . They are very knowledgeable and they cut my hair the way I ask and they communicate with me throughout the haircut to make sure I will be happy with it.
I’ve never enjoyed going to hair salons because too many times I have left very unsatisfactory cut. The stylist didn't understand my hair and cut it in a way that would be hard to manage or too short and just didn't listen to me at all and cut it however he or she wanted. The salon is unpretentious and comfortable. The employees there have always been very welcoming and friendly. I would strongly recommend others give it a try as they will not be disappointed and be pleased with excellent price list. Communication is key when it comes to haircuts, and this is what stands out in Andrew College.”
“I paid £140 for highlights but my experience at this salon in Liverpool City centre was so bad. The staff were rude beyond belief and I was treated appallingly. Absolutely no respect for customers. I wanted to leave the salon with my hair wet. I couldn't wait to leave. What a bunch of nasty, gossipy women. It's about the whole experience, not just about cutting hair and treating the customers like rubbish.”
