“The cause of an annoying noise when driving over rough roads was quickly found and rectified - a problem which I could not identify. 25cms of dried stick had become lodged within part of the front suspension, out of sight and only made its presence noticeable over the right surface, at the right speed. Sounded like a glass bottle rattling in a metal crate.”

“Best experience at Suzuki Bradford. The staff are welcoming & great. The work on my car was completed in good time & video very helpful in understanding how thoroughly it's looked at for the lay person. My four year old car looked like new when handed back to me. “From the original enquiry I had total confidence in the ability of Colin Appleyard's to deliver what I wanted. They delivered on time and kept me fully informed throughout the process from enquiry to order to delivery. Matthew in particular provided the service I wanted and he is backed up by an excellent team. The service staff also need a pat on the back for their care during the process and I have total confidence in their ability to look after me in the future. Cannot fault the care and attention given by all involved.”

“Supposed to be family friendly what a load of tosh. I rang bank holiday and gave full details of my vehicle to Richard at Bradford he stated he would get back to me re a deal. Never heard another word not even we are sorry but no deal. I rang again on Wednesday 3/5and spoke to Luke at Bradford who assured me either Richard or himself would ring within an hour. Again waited all after noon no ring back. Very poor service!”
