“Fitted me in same day as both brake lights out. As it was Friday I would have been unable to use my car over the weekend. Fitted 2 new bulbs no charge. Perfect.”

We have discussed your comments with our Service Manager who did confirm that your vehicle had been cleaned inside and out as part of the routine service that we provide, a mini/full valet is not part of our standard service and we do apologise you were misinformed.
