Having spoken with the dealership they did advise that there had been a genuine oversight on our behalf and that this was rectified the next day free of charge. “I was a very reluctant on-line purchaser and had many reservations on this unorthodox approach to a major purchase but circumstances left me no other option. Nick and the team at Colin Appleyard could not have been more helpful or reassuring assuaging all may concerns along the route. Excellent customer support and they exceeded my expectations in so many ways. My only regret is that lockdown limits the opportunity to enjoy my Vitara.”

“Didn't look into issue in depth just provide a service bulletin. Turned out to be a blocked air filter and air box. This was sorted by the customer who looked at basic mechanics. Main dealers need to get back to basic mechanics. Then again our own personal missed it to.”

Hi Nigel, We're sorry to see that you have only been able to leave us a 1 star review. Having looked into this we can confirm that diagnostics were carried out and no fault codes were present, the bulletin did advise of a potential issue relating to higher mileage vehicles which we believe you were made aware of and arranged to collect the vehicle. As no additional work was authorised, no further investigations took place and 3 outstanding recalls were carried out successfully.

“Came in for the annual servicing and MOT of my 15 plate Juke, I now have a 70 plate with my name on it! It was an easy and straightforward transition. Everyone was helpful, from Tracy to Adam, to Steve. Even the service guys helped to take out my lost bracelet from the handbrake box. This is my 3rd Juke from Colin Appleyard and I am loving the experience each time!”
