“This must be the 7th car I have purchased from Colin Appleyards Keighley. The reason I keep going back is the brilliant customer service we get and also the fact that I can trust what I am being told by them. I usually deal with Mathew Butterfield in sales who is brilliant and very helpful. Infact I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell me a car.”

“Great service from Colin Appleyward. Provided me with a lovely car whilst mine had some works done. I was kept informed and sent a video of the works done. Added bonus was my car being cleaned. Customer service was really good, Ewan sorted everything out for me”

“I needed a new battery fitted to my Subaru XV recently, I rang the service department at Ashton, Barry took my call and ordered a new battery in for the date agreed, the old battery was checked to confirm it was starting to lose charge, the new battery was fitted whilst I waited. I’ve been getting my Subaru XV and also my Subaru Outback serviced and maintained by Colin Appleyard Ashton for sometime now and have always had brilliant friendly service. Well done Barry and Angela and all the team at Ashton. Will see you all again when my cars are due for service.”

“Having seen a vehicle on the website (21 December 2022). A red suzuki swift (MH68YPW)Auto. I called Colin appleyard Keighley and Matthew Butterfield dealt with our enquiry. The car had just come in and was at the Ashton dealership. We arranged a time Wednesday 28th December to view the car. We were told it might not be there but would try. Anyway it was and we inspected the car and went for a test drive and it exceeded our expectation. We had a 10 year old Nissan micra Auto. We had a conversation and agreed a price and sealed the deal. We were shown all the controls lights wipers etc. We arranged a mutual day and time for handover. Matthew did all the hard work we taxed the car online. Also the v5 certificate was done online. We were given 2 keys one each. We were asked then if we would like chocolates or wine. Unfortunately due to being diabetic we had to decline. I did ask if flowers could be a possible alternative. We were then given one last explanation of the controls Matthew even set my phone to work. Overall the process was easy and were told everything that was happening. Matthew made us feel at ease and we were not pressured into getting things we didn't require. Other than that the whole process was very easy. Alison and Jonathan Gill.”

“Just had a service and m.o.t done and staff were excellent as always. I bought my current car from Colin Appleyard in Ashton-Under-Lyne. I haven’t taken it anywhere else since purchasing it and I wouldn’t. I don’t think they can be beaten. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends”

“I recently purchased a used Lexus CT200H from Colin Appleyard. The purchase was smooth and straight forward with no pressured sales talk (as with other dealers). The offer for my part exchange was fair (this was even increased in order to maintain similar monthly payments on car finance after adding some extras, this was extremely appreciated) and unlike other dealers did not seek to take advantage with low ball offers. Overall I have been extremely happy with the service from Colin Appleyard, particularly the oustanding customer service from Sam Fenton and Ami Sanders who have made the process very easy and enjoyable.”
