“Customer Service was excellent! Jon who we dealt with was lovely, he was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted to purchase- unlike other car dealer showrooms, we weren’t put under any pressure to make a snap decision! The purchase price was in line if not slightly cheaper than other places He made the purchase extremely easy and we picked up the car within a couple of days”

“When looking for a new car I spend a lot of time researching. I visited several dealerships with my husband, looking, asking questions, getting in and out of cars and generally trying to find what would be best for us. I had a checklist which I carried round with me! From first stepping into Colin Appleyard (Huddersfield) I was impressed with the attitude of the staff: they were pleasant and approachable, but professional and knowledgable about the products. After our first visit, we returned for more information and arranged for a test drive. All went very smoothly. Communications were excellent. Nothing was too much effort for the staff. We are now enjoying our new car, confident that any queries we have will be addressed. In a nutshell, very impressed with Suzuki. Thank you Steve, Matthew and Lewis.”

“I took my Suzuki Swift for a winter service and first 2000 mile service. As with buying the car, the customer service was excellent. All the service staff couldn't do enough for me and were very good at explaining what checks would be done on my car. I got it back in tip top condition.
