“No pressure, happy to let me have an unaccompanied test drive. Handover was smooth and reasonably quick. The car itself has surprised me by being quite nippy enough and well-equipped. I've been a customer for 10 years for servicing, and the good experience of that has carried on with this purchase”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions, easily giving me exactly the information I wanted. They did not pressure me with sales talk and throughout the process allowed me to make decisions based on my needs and in my own time. I enjoyed the process of buying a car and also the support and guidance I received. I feel able to 'phone them at any time should I need to and I happily recommend them to other customers as an honest and relaible company.”

“Just had my Suzuki S Cross first service with Colin Appleyard Keighley and what a top class experience! Excellent service all round from booking my car in with Colin the service manager, who conveniently collected and returned the car , to the brilliant video of the service completed by the service technician Joe. Fabulous work and I definitely feel like one of Colin Appleyard Suzuki Family! Thank you”

“Excellent service did exactly as they said they would.We were dealt with from start to finish by a sales person ,Maciej Bruzdiak (Mat).He was polite, friendly, answered all our questions in a pleasant manner.He explained in full how the sale would take place.He arranged for the vehicle to be fully checked and Mot'd for 12 months,he had the vehicle road taxed with DVLA and even delivered the car to our house himself at the exact prearranged time.First class!”

“Great service as always from Jason at Bradford Suzuki. He is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever too much trouble, he is so helpful. I am now on my third Suzuki swift sport and have always received good customer service from Jason in the service department. I love the citnow videos, they are very informative.
