I took my Subaru Forester into Colin Appleyard Ashton Under Lyne for an MOT test which was carried out very efficiently. I just waited whilst test was carried out and was provided with a hot drink. Thanks to Angela and all staff for a very friendly and excellent service. Andrew Skelly.

Car wasn’t up to standard. Your strap line on your wall isn’t used - just lip service. You provided a video with a colleague that a customer is unable to understand. Told your colleague on collection and just got “sorry about that” and a “I didn’t understand him either”. Wouldn’t recommend nor get a car from your company again

We are sorry to see that you have only been able to leave us a 1 star review and apologise if you were unhappy with the service that you received from us. We have discussed your comments with our Group Aftersales Manager who personally inspected the car and confirmed that the vehicle had been cleaned inside and out as part of the routine service that we provide, a full valet and polish is not part of our standard service. The video you received was to the quality we expect and we do apologise if you found this difficult to understand. Once again, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment and do hope we can be of service to you again in the future.

Excellent service from helpful staff. The car had a scratch when we went to see it, which was pointed out to us by the salesman. We were assured it would be sorted when we picked up the car and it was.

This is my review based on purchasing a Suzuki vitara all grip from Colin appleyard Bradford showroom We was assisted by Mathew Hudson I can’t express what a polite person he really was he helped in every way possible and a person called adam Harrow dealt with our finances and the same an absolute credit too Suzuki the whole car buying experience was outstanding infact it was the most pleasurable buying experience I’ve had and my parents said the same of years dealing with car showrooms these boys deserve credit

Booked a 1st service (check) at Ashton under Lyne Suzuki, and unfortunately also an estimate for a dented rear door. Barrie could not have been more helpful, and as usual all members of staff were helpful and friendly.

Moved up to Yorkshire from Berkshire, 1st visit to Colin Appleyard. 36000 mile service plus 1st MOT for Suzuki swift. Booked on line with no issues, good welcome kept me informed what was happening, car clean and tidy when I picked it up. Will be bringing my Vitaria in for a service in Dec. Glad to find a Suzuki dealership close to where I live.

It was a very small paint job which was done well. I dropped the car off at 9:15am. It was ready by 2:30 pm. I was told in advance what the cost would be. So I was not surprised when the estimate equalled the actual. However , £100 for purely painting with no dents to correct, seemed a little excessive.

The repair itself was sublet so the cost was out of our control and did come to the price which was agreed. Unfortunately, as with most things prices have increased all round.
