“It was very easy to order my new car. I got all the information that I needed when I ‘signed up’. Then I received a message to say that my car had arrived in the UK. The member of staff rang and booked me in to collect it. He took me for a drive and explained in detail how to drive the car, setting up the Bluetooth etc. He said that I could ring him as many times as I needed to ask for help with any issues. He ironed out a few issues I was experiencing with driving an automatic car etc.”

“We recently purchased an S-Cross from Colin Appleyard in Ashton Under Lyne. Your representative Ami was brilliant, so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made the whole experience easy for us, and her after sale communication was excellent. Ami was on holiday and therefore John looked after us when we came to collect, again all very good. The car is fabulous, it’s in immaculate condition and drives like a dream, we’re very happy. Would definitely recommend Colin Appleyard. Huge thanks to Ami and John. From Bev & Paul Holroyd”

“Service carried out without delay and car returned looking spotless. Staff always friendly and helpful. Price seemed to have gone up sharply, but having had 2 diesel cars before this petrol one I hadn’t reckoned with new spark plugs as part of the service.”

The spark plugs are changed once every 3 years as part of the Suzuki's manufacturing requirements so next year's costings will be minus that additional change. “Sales people where not pushy but available when I needed questions answered. When I sat down to price up the vehicle I was given various option to suit me and didn't feel pushed in to accepting add ones, I was told to think about them and let them know. Once decided, I was told I could get the car in 4 days. Again, great service when I collected.”
