“Think price is steep for an annual service even if it includes basic breakdown recovery. No complaints about service at all staff were courteous polite and did everything they said they would do”

Hi Paul, Thanks for your review. We're very pleased to hear how courteous and polite you found Jason and the team to be at our Bradford dealership. With regards to the price, we do check our prices with like for like Suzuki dealers and other manufacturers to make sure we are in line with the current market price. The costs of oils, parts, training and labour also increases every year which in turn does mean the cost of the service goes up in line with this. “They passed an MOT on car when brakes were completely worn. Refuse to drive all the way so they can correct THEIR mistake”

“Our second Suzuki Vitara purchased from Bradford branch. From initial phone calls with Dean and follow up service from Simon, the whole process and service was excellent. No pressure sales and no haggling required as good trade in price offered automatically. Everything explained and arranged to make buying the car easy and enjoyable.....the way it should be! We have found the follow up service to be just as good and we have been really happy with the Vitara which is why we were happy to return to Colin Appleyards and stick with the Suzuki Vitara for our new purchase.”

“We found Michael Wright (Ashton Suzuki sales) to be really knowledgeable about the new hybrid 1.4 Suzuki Vitara and an all round good guy. We had done some online research before we met. Reassuringly, there was no 'guess work' on his part as to what the new model offered above our existing 1.0 Boosterjet Vitara. We told Michael we were shopping around for other prices and models. Without any pressure, Michael remained polite & still interested in us as potentially continued customers. Although finally we purchased a completely different hybrid car elsewhere, we'd both still recommend Michael Wright for his help and in fact, all the staff at Suzuki Ashton for their good customer service.”
