I found the experience of changing my car a very positive one. My staff salesman was very pleasant and courteous. I believe i got a fair exchange price for my vehicle.they were not pushy in trying to sell ne extras, which i find a pointless chore! It was a straightforward and painless experience. Would recommend them .

The service team are very professional and friendly, feel well looked after. The only very minor thing is that they don't explain the service bill and why it comes to the amount, been to other garages in the past and most of them go through the bill with you.

Despite me bringing more car problems to the workshop than the mechanics had bargained on, the service received was excellent and dealt with on the day. This professional team I don’t hesitate to recommend.

purchased a new car at the beginning of September .. was to be on a 71 plate but a mix up with the registration numbers meant a wait for the 71 plate or choose a 21 plate .. I didn't want to wait so no problem regarding the different plate .. for my inconvenience i've been offered a free first service which i'll gladly utilise ! The hand over and paperwork went fine, however i'd paid for £15 worth of fuel in the final price of the vehicle but the 'low fuel' light came on as I got to the M60 from Ashton ! not impressed but have spoken to Nick who apologised and promised to make good next time i'm passing the showroom.

Service department- poor attitude customer service, lack of knowledge on quoting, mis informed MOT check advised. Would not recommend or use again.

My almost brand new Swift, purchased in Ashton, was damaged by an unknown perpetrator in (probably) a car park. Small dent in nearside rear door, on the swage line. Barrie Bridge in Ashton provided a quotation for repair which was submitted to my insurer who then took almost exactly one month to approve to repair. Barrie waited patiently for approval and when it finally arrived made every effort to expedite the repair, arranging a loan car in the meantime. The repair was really well done. and the car was returned to me a good deal cleaner then it went in for the work. Thanks to all concerned.

Brought my Ignis SZ5 in for it's first service yesterday (Ashton Branch). I've been a regular customer of Suzuki Ashton for over 20yrs and have always received first class service when purchasing or having my car serviced.
