“Excellent customer service, very polite and friendly. Listens to your requests, nothing is too much trouble. Second annual service completed, took the time to run through my car service. This is the first time I have bought a car from here, definately buy another.”

“Colin Appleyards was recommended by a work colleague, I had been to various garages and test driven a few cars, sfterwatds the other companies were calling everyday. This did not happen with Colin Appleyards, I was left to look around and given help when required. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. I would highly recommend them, especially Matthew and Adam”

“Karl, as always, was consistently helpful, friendly and honest. Karl has sold me a number of cars and as long as he is there, will always be my point of call. I can't fault the service he has provided to both me and my family each time we have been for a new car or just to enquire and I'm sure he will continue to do so. He has stuck to any contact he agrees to and I have never had to chase any enquiry when dealing with him. Absolute asset.”

“Excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, welcoming and there is a relaxed atmosphere. Matthew at the Keighley branch was very helpful all the way through the process. On collecting the car Matthew went through all the specs before letting me drive away. This is my third car from this branch and I have been going to this branch for the past 8 years, the customer service has been excellent on every visit including the mot's and services.”

“Great sales and service team at the Shipley branch, the staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgable within their own fields. I have just purchased the suzuki scross, I was left to browse all the models and then given all the information on the specifications. On collecting the car Matthew went through all the specs before letting me drive away. He was so patient and also made me aware that if I found anything and was unsure what to do, to give him a ring and he would go through it with me. Great customer service. Recommended to my husband who will now collect his new car next week.”

“Sales at Appleyard are okay. I've bought three cars in a row, the latest costing me 26k. However, the service received since purchase has been poor, to the point that I've decided to go elsewhere for servicing. I've always liked Appleyard but it's time to move on after this car.”

“Part exchanged my old car for a one year old vitara I went to the Huddersfield branch where I received excellent customer service from Karl I think we will be seeing him again in a few months when my daughter passes her driving test when we can get her first car”
