“In 2015 I purchased an almost new ‘top of the range’ Nissan Qashqai from Collin Appleyard, main Nissan dealer in Keighley. Since then, it has been regularly maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Low mileage diesel. Turbo recently failed and caused ‘catastrophic engine failure.’ Cost of repairs prohibitive. Colin Appleyard offered to take vehicle in payment of diagnostic work. Cost £22k in 2015 now worth nothing! Ouch.”

“Adam your sales representative was very efficient and spent time explaining all documentation and options available to me. He talked me through features of the vehicle, which was helpful and took his time to explain all controls as it had been a while since I had driven an automatic vehicle.”

“I went in with a particular used car in mind (2018 Suzuki Ignis) did a test drive and was left alone after to discuss with my husband and not pressured at all. Service has been very professional from start to finish and not at all pushy. Really happy with my new and will be going to Colin appleyard to replace my husbands car imminently. Highly recommend!”
