We were greeted by Chris he was extremely helpful no pushy sales pitch. Chris was brilliant he went through various cars that we did not even know Suzuki made it was great. Chris went through the purchase of the car what we might need again not pushing any purchase but we felt very happy that he explained everything and gave us information to take away. We purchased a lovely Suzuki s cross. On collection Chris went through everything again to make sure we were happy with the car and he came outside to take us through the car and its workings. We can honestly say we have never had such a lovely experience buying a car. We will definitely use Suzuki again the Manager was brilliant too. Stress free experience. 200% Lovely customer service. The car drives beautifully. Chris is such a lovely sales man you can tell he’s extremely experienced but it’s his own personality that shines through. Suzuki you are so lucky to have such a great employee. Have a great weekend Chris you’ve certainly made our weekend Oh we also took our the GAP and service plan so we don’t have to worry about car damage and maintaining the car. Happy Happy Happy😃 It’s going to be Suzuki every time for us. Superb service 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼 Thank you.

The salesman Lewis did a great job finding us a car that suited our needs and budget and had great knowledge for such a young man who hadn't been in the job that long. All other staff were also friendly and very helpful.

May I give out a very generous 11 out of 10 for Outstandingly excellent service from the moment I decided to purchase a brand new car to the final flourish of the complimentary Colin Appleyard key ring trolley coin and the indulgently delicious box of chocolates, I was informed of every single step of my order... from advanced notification that the order may take a fair while to arrive ( ordered from Japan in February, built from scratch, then shipping, then landing at the docks& finally landing at the dealership ) then all the fabulous STRESS FREE fast efficient paperwork processing, with EVERY STEP explained clearly, which made buying my car an absolutely stress free breeze, and for future reference, I'll totally , as I have done numerous times in the past, be Purchasing from COLIN APPLE YARD CARS without Hesitation.... I can only offer Mr I . Ali& Mr Jon Broadbent the highest of praises for all their genuine kind attention to detail for everything throughout this whole process. Service and MOT both carried out fine even though I had to wait for an extra 2 hrs from time car was promised. I was also promised a call with reference to a valuation on my present car for the following day which has not materialised. Regards Trevor Rhodes

Hi Trevor, Thank you very much for your review. It's nice to know the Service and MOT was carried out fine on your Suzuki S-Cross and we do apologise that the collection time was in-correct. We had the vehicle down to be ready for 16:00pm and it was collected at 15:20pm, once again if this was in-correct, please accept our appologies. We have tried to call several times in relation to the valuation on your vehicle but have been un-successful. This is our 3rd Suzuki from Colin Appleyords. Our main important reason to purchase from Colin Appleyards is the reliability of the vehicles and peace of mind we have everything covered from the sales department through to the handover. I would like to say a big thank you to Richard Bennett at Suzuki Bradford for all his help and knowledge in helping me to purchase my new swift sport. (My 4th one now). He is very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions.....and I had quite a few!! Thank you to Adam too for his help on the finance side of things. Both were very informative. I will enjoy the car, they are a great hot hatch and lots of fun.

Following an MOT and service on Wednesday, 30 August 2023, I discovered that the rear brake drums on my Celerio had not been inspected for FOUR years. The service manager at Bradford was dismissive of the problem and made no offer to rectify it. After careful study of my past four year's service sheets, I have concluded the oversight arose through inappropriate selection of service check sheet on two critical years. I have sent a detailed account of the circumstances to EMAC to justify my cancellation of the service contract, which has one year to run. I am prepared to forward thiis email to a Director whose responsibilities include car service operations if you will provide an email address for same. I think the oversight could have occurred with other customers on a "low mileage" service scheme and it requires the detached assessment of a senior manager. I see no point in further complaint to the Bradford operation. The email includes photographs of the service sheets concerned.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the work which has been carried out to your vehicle & that you felt our Service Manager did not handle your concerns in the way you would have expected. We have discussed the matter with him and he has advised that the inspection of the rear brake drum does not form part of the manufacturer's checklist and as there were no issues raised over the performance of the brakes or handbrake, further investigation was not required. Should any concerns have been raised by you or our technicians, then authority would have been sought from you to remove the wheels and drums in order to diagnose the issue. We have passed your comments to our Group Service Manager who will review on his return to the office next week.

Fantastic service from all the staff especially John Critchen,only took 4 days to pick new car up from the day we bought it. This is the third car we have bought from the ashton garage and it wont be the last. excellent service as always.
