I had a specific window of time available, they worked hard to meet that criteria and cleaned the car. They promised and delivered on the promise.

Best thing of all is that I never thought they were trying to sell me a car - no pushy salesman here. We aren't car people so had no idea what make/models were, but had specific requirements for my wife, who has some mobility issues, plus the look and colour had to suit her. Colin Appleyard was the first dealer we went to, we saw an Ignis on the forecourt, my wife liked the look of it - we went inside and Richard showed us one up close. Access and driving position for my wife was perfect, so we decided it was the one for her. Richard helped us through the options, plus the myriad of other admin things - PCP, gap insurance etc - they have do now, with a really friendly manner which shows the experience that he has. One week later my wife is happy with a brand new car, which is amazing as she was adamant she wanted a secondhand one, as it is a second car. I'm happy, as Richard organised everything and is was very quick - my wife's car had to be scrapped after 19 years: I said we weren't car people. Most importantly - we were so happy with the service and car, that we never bothered visiting any other francises that day for comparison or maybe confusion.

I visited several dealerships in Huddersfield and Colin Appleyards was by far the best. Unlike other places, the staff at Colin Appleyards didn't go for the pressure sales, they were very welcoming and friendly. When I decided on a car to test drive they went out their way to make it a comfortable and smooth experience. The process of buying the car was also a very pleasant experience. Matt was superb and very meticulous in the details of the sale. I would not hesitate in recommending Colin Appleyards in Huddersfield if you are looking for a great car at a great price with great customer service.

The cost of my first service with you was sky high at £470 for a 2021 car. I was not informed of this cost when booking in. I wasn’t asked for permission for extras fit to my car. This is the first and last time I will be using you for servicing. Transparency is needed in a cost of living crisis, your customers need to be pre-warned of high bills.

I recently picked up my new motability car from Ashton-under-Lyne and to say I am absolutely delighted is an understatement. Nick Hughes has been fantastic from the start, very informative, professional and most of all, friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend Colin Appleyard, Ashton-under-Lyne, Nick Hughes, motability specialist and certainly a new Susuki S cross I just love my new car! Cheers Tracey Thorpe

A superb second visit. Matt was waiting and saw to us straight away. We also met Richard who ensured that everything was on the ball. A cup of tea was enjoyed while Matt went through all the paperwork. He explained the various workings of the vehicle and even set my phone to the vehicles blue tooth. The visit was finished with a box of chocolates and a reassuring word contact me with any questions. An all round great visit.

Having not being able to have the fault on my car disgnosed at another Subaru dealer the staff at Colin Appleyard, ashton Under Lyne carried out an inspection, identified the issue and dealt with my insurance company to ensure the repair could be made efficiently. Friendly curteous staff. I can definately recomend. Thank you for the assitance.

After a "mauling" at other local motor dealers, Matthew at The Bradford branch was a refreshing change. We were dealt with professionally, but in a very friendly manner. From our first visit when we tried out a few models, to our final decision was reached without feeling under pressure to buy straight away. Once we had decided what we wanted, Matthew found the make, model, milage, colour and price(!) to suit us. We are very pleased with our choice, and hope to keep it in good order using Colin Appleyard servicing over the next several years. Many thanks to everyone we dealt with at Colin Appleyard, Bradford, who made what can be a very pressured transaction much less so, almost enjoyable! A special mention to Matthew, who was good to deal with throughout.

Barry and the service team were very helpful making sure any issues with my car and service were completed I collected my car which had been cleaned/vacuumed I was very happy.
