I phoned the Keighley branch in a panic last week as I couldn’t get the keys out of the ignition! After trying various suggested ideas it still wouldn’t budge so a very pleasant man was sent to sort it out. After he removed in seconds (much to my embarrassment) he walked around the car to see if there were any other problems. He noticed a crack around a back tyre which he was concerned about and reported it when he got back to Keighley. I received a phone call and an appointment was made for me to take it in. I don’t live in Keighley so I was really impressed with their helpful attitude and making sure that the car was safe. Excellent friendly service , thank you.

Took for service and engine re generation , dealt professionally and accordingly. However could be contacted and updated more efficiently rather than me having to contact dealership

I rate Colin Appleyard very highly. The staff and technicians have been with the company for years which says a lot about how the employees are treated. 1st class service and competitive prices 5 Star garage.

I personally have never used Colin Appleyard before, but my husband has 4 times in past years, The man that helped and adviced us was Richard Bennett who went above and beyond with everything asked. I can honestly say that I am more than pleased with the exceptional service I recieved from Richard and would highly recommend this company.

Good afternoon all, I've never purchased a car before (always used a lease scheme) so was nervous about the process and what do if things went wrong. Matthew guided me (on a number of occasions) around the process and the different steps a new car owner needs to do. The process was as Matthew said and he is a credit to Appleyard with how he deals with a first time buyer. When the car needed a new battery it was dealt with efficiently and as promised

Angela and Barry on reception were as friendly and helpful as usual,the tea/coffee machine was in fine working order,the service and MOT on my car was carried out expeditiously and at a price which l considered to be very competitive,so what is there not to like?

Good service, received video update during day, collection & delivery service is but charged for now, last year I wasnt & wasn't told about it, but barrie explained cost was worked into service price, on video was told screen washer was inoperable & rear blocked possible motor or filter on bottle need cleaning, but when car returned both were working fine??????

Service and MOT carried out. I got a video part way through the day with car health check and then a call to say all was ready. All work carried out and recorded on documentation. Courtesy car was ready for me to use for the day. No problems, staff very professional and courteous. Thank you.
