“From the moment I walked in I was looked after by very professional staff there was no pressure it was a lovely experience. Everything was fully explained and having dealt with 3 separate members it is very clear they are all working as a very well organised team Polite knowledgable and friendly I doubt there is a better team.”

“The service dept at Huddersfield is excellent. My car was serviced at a local garage who could not clear a diagnostic fault. I was travelling to wales on holiday the following day and needed by car checking. My local Suzuki garage (Bradford) could not fit me in for almost a week. Mike at the Huddersfield branch told me to bring my car in ASAP. I did and by the end of the afternoon he had resolved the problem. This was exceptional service and when I want to replace my car I will go there. Regs Diane”

“Took my car for service on Friday 9/7/21 at Huddersfield. Greeted by the professional service team in a welcoming manner . Matt who I dealt with was organised with my paperwork ready etc , went through any problems I was having with car , we agreed a collection time etc . All went to plan as usual with the service team .Phone call informing me car was ready to collect at the time agreed. Along with Mike ,Matt and Mike are a credit to Appleyards ,their knowledge ,customer care skills and professional Manner are second to none . They do make you welcome . Not forgetting Paul Doyle ,Who serviced the car , I received a video from Paul showing pre service check .Again professional and efficient . So ten out ten to the service team ,don’t forget Appleyards you have an excellent team here”

“Very pleased with the customer service at Colin Appleyard in Keighley. On a Monday called about a car (unfortunately it had already been sold over the weekend). Had a chat with the business manager about my requirements & he then checked all the other Appleyard sites & came back with a perfect vehicle for my needs. Went to their site in Keighley and talked with their salesman. All terms and conditions were clearly and concisely explained and was able to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday afternoon. Very happy with the vehicle & the whole buying experience”

“I am over the moon with my new motorbility car vitara SX5 it is such a pleasure to drive, so much easier to get in and out, beautiful car inside and out. Brilliant service, polite and very helpful staff thank you Steve and Ali for helping me decide which vehicle would be suitable for my needs. Thank you for the chocolates.
