“All seems well to start with good with e-mails, video's etc, and then a wonderful follow up e-mail from the 'Customer Service Department' asking if you have any questions or problems, but when you respond to the e-mail you get nothing back. Now to be fair this could be that the e-mail has headed for the Spam box, but this should be checked everyday anyway to make sure good e-mails are not lost - so with the scratches on the car which were not mentioned, and hidden from view by parking the car next to a wall, a bitter taste is left in the mouth, also doing there own in house MOT's means that they error on the side of caution where advisories are concerned! - probably would entertain buying from them again. :-(”

“Great customer service all ways. Due to a computer problem with MOT, I was kept well informed. He explained my invoice and checked everything was in order in my log book. I was very impressed. Just Great customer service.”

“Purchased a car recently for my wife. Delt with Chris throughout. Found Chris to be very professional friendly and extremely helpful. Our grandson will be looking for a car when he passes his test and we will give Chris Robinson the first bite of the cherry. Thank you Lorraine and Brian”

“I have been super happy with my experience with Colin Appleyard Suzuki from the get go. I’ve just had my 12 month service and could not be happier. All the staff are helpful and friendly. I always get a courtesy car and my own car valeted. I would definitely recommend them for their 5 star customer service. Thank you.”

“Colin Appleyard arranged to have my car collected for its first year service which saved me time and waiting around in A-U-L until it was ready for collection. A video of the underbody service was emailed to me so I could see what was happening to my car - never had this before from any other garage! I received a phone call to tell me the service had been completed and the car was on its way back to me. Excellent customer service from a very friendly team - well worth the additional £10 for this service”
