“My Suzuki Ignis had it's 2yr service yesterday at Ashton. At the time I booked the service I mentioned noisy brake squeak and asked them to check this out for me when doing the service. As usual the service received was 1st class. Barry knew exactly what might be causing the noise and this has been rectified. From a long serving customer I'd like to thank Martin the technician, Barry and Angela.”

“We tend to keep our cars for a long time so when we buy a replacement the experience matters. The moment we met Jon in the Forecourt we knew we were dealing with the right person for us. The intersting observation was that 'person' came across before 'salesperson' and surely that is the right balance . Approachable, knowledgeable and most of all, genuine. There was no question we weren't going to buy a car from him it was just a case of which one! We were also given a very good price for the car we were trading in.The whole experience was excellent from being shown different models to driving one away a week later. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very much at ease revisiting to have some things explained when I'd not fully taken it in the first time. We would definitely recommend this dealership, the way it operates and the service we have had from Jon. He is a valuable asset that underpins the established reputation of Colin Appleyard. Thank you.”

“Always very efficient and make sure i have my cars mot done in time. Keep you uptodate with any issues and informs you of what is needed done and the cost. Informed me about the interest paynent plan to pay my bill which i did not know about”
