“Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived at the garage. You can find out all you need to know and more from the friendly, professional staff to help you to decide which car you need. For somebody who doesn't buy online and likes to speak to a person and look at goods when making a purchase, the service from all the team was first class. The car is everything I wanted and more. “Salesman put us at ease made us welcome and offered refreshment, took note on what our requirements were and suggested potential solutions, explained the procedure for the sale, offered test drive, and on purchase explained controls and features of the vehicle and the extras surrounding it.”

“Had the first service on my Ignis last week and a trim replaced a few days latter. Excellent service from the service department. Did both jobs whist i waited, kept informed and viewed the video of the safety check afterwards. I was very impressed with the whole process.”

“I have had a few cars from Colin Appleyard in Ashton. Customer service was exceptional, Chris the Sales guy was friendly and explained everything in detail. I got a great price for my part ex. Picked up my car on agreed day. Will be visiting again”

“After two weeks my Suzuki ignis broke down. I was helped by the AA who took the car to the workshop I Bradford.it was two weeks before the fault was diagnosed due the workshOp being busy. The clutch had burnt out. I felt upset That this fault had occured only 2 weeks after buying the car. I was told that the warranty wasn't covered for wear and tear and the repair would cost£735. This has left a big hole in my finances d”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We were sorry to hear of your disappointment & after reading your comments asked our Group Aftersales Manager to investigate. After looking into the fault which was diagnosed, the work which was carried out and after speaking with the aftersales team at our Bradford dealership, he is in agreement that the fault was due to driver error involving a component which is defined as wear & tear. Whilst we appreciate you had not long had the car, it had undergone a thorough preparation process prior to purchase, as is the case with all our vehicles, and as a gesture of goodwill a substantial discount was offered on the repairs. As a member of the West Yorkshire Trading Standards Motor Trade Partnership we are required to adhere to fair practices and high levels of customer service & we are sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your experience on this occasion.

“Ami and the whole team are amazing, I always get the best service and can honestly say picking a car is always easy and quick pick up dates and times are picked to suit the customer and communication is always on point, I have never had any issues with any of my cars from here”

“Recentley purchased a Vitara Allgrip from Colin Appleyards on Canal Rd. Bradford, I dealt with Richard who made me feel assured and comfortable with the car I wanted and explained all sorts of details and extra's that can be purchased through them. The hand over was smooth and easy and should I want another Suzuki next time then I will definatley be going back to them , well done guys & gals.”
