I bought my new Swift from your Huddersfield branch based on my brothers good experience with 4 new cars bought from the dealership and salesman Karl Madden. I exchanged a Skoda for the Swift and was pleased with the deal I got from Karl. After 2000ml I am pleased with the car and the way it was handed over to me.

On arrival today for my pre booked waiting appointment regarding brake problems of which I have had checked on a number of occasions at their Bradford dealership where the car was purchased, without a concrete solution about the problem more or less from day one and having contacted Suzuki Customer Services thereafter, I was advised to seek a second opinion hence today’s visit, the service reception did not give a welcoming meet and greet, no eye contact or a positive response to my initial concern was recognised and rudely asked for the key and a technician will look at it and asked to wait, the only other conversation whilst walking around the showroom was to see if I was interested in changing the car by a sales person, shortly afterwards I was approached by the same person from the service reception to be informed that there is no problem with the brakes as per the technicians report, I immediately asked for the service receptionist whom I was dealing with to go with me to the car and allow me to show him the problem as I was not happy, his response was negative and passed me back to the original technician, having demonstrated my concerns with the technician in the car he implied that this is the way it is and that I was braking too hard, my test to him was at less than 3 mph with a firm but not sharp press on the brake pedal having advised him to wear a seat because of the severe sharp braking results, he could not offer anything further other than the comment to imply that is the was it is with this type of car, I then immediately contacted Suzuki Customer Services whilst departing from the dealership and am now awaiting a hopefully positive response. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important and allows us to ensure a continual improvement in the services we provide. We have discussed your concerns with our Group Aftersales Manager and as explained, we are unable to diagnose a fault. The car is not displaying any kind of warning light and the braking system is operating as expected with no defects which can be diagnosed by the Technicians at either our Bradford or Keighley dealerships. Our Group Aftersales Manager has confirmed he would be happy to go out on a road test with you – if you’d like to arrange this please contact him via our head office on 01535 606321. Alternatively you have the option to take the vehicle to another Suzuki dealer outside of our group to obtain a further opinion.

The customer service is brilliant and I am very happy with the car Steve and his colleagues provided me with. Even more amazing was the fact that Steve and colleagues dealt with my part exchange, finance and new vehicle purchase over the phone on a Monday and I simply picked up my new car on Saturday - very efficient, especially in these covid times as I didn't have to visit the showroom unnecessarily. The complimentary gift is also a lovely touch and truly made the experience of buying a car, that bit more special. Thank-you !

My Jimny had its second service and a recall carried out yesterday.The service counter staff were excellent. Brake fluid changed which is included in the service(Ford charge for this). My car was delivered back to me without incident. New wipers purchased, but fitted free of charge. Two years fault free motoring and now two excellent services. Thank you Barrie and all the staff.

Great service from the outset to the finish. Bought my car online after seeing photos, videos and discussing with the sales team. Delivered some distance no problem at all, thorough handover of new car in immaculate condition. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and easy to deal with. Thanks all!

Polite young man collected my car early morning and delivered in the afternoon. The car was cleaned and serviced and a video was sent of all the service checks that were carried out. Very pleased with the whole procedure. Thank you.
