“From the minute we walked into the dealership we felt welcomed and valued as customers. This was our first time purchasing a Suzuki so we had lots of questions. Chris, who dealt with our enquiries was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all our questions in a very professional manner. There was none of the hard sell we have found when purchasing other car models. We were both very impressed with the quality and cost of the car we chose and were kept up to date on expected delivery times. On collection, again Chris went out of his way to talk us through all the different features this great car has to offer. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a new car or part exchanging. We will definitely use Colin Appleyard’s again when it is time for us to change our car. Fantastic service. Thank you to Chris, and Dean, for making the whole process a very pleasurable experience.”

“It was time to chose my Mobility car but where did I start? My son and I were practically round the corner from Colin Appleyard, the Suzuki dealer in Ashton under Lyne so we decided to have a look round. From walking through the door I felt comfortable and the Motability Expert Chris was really helpful. We looked at and sat in several cars to see if they were right for my needs and liked a lot of what we saw but we also decided we needed to look around other dealerships before deciding. I wasn't happy. In some we were completely ignored and in others the so called Motability Expert couldn't answer many of the questions I asked and they weren't interested in what I needed. All they seemed bothered about was selling cars regardless if whether or not it would be suitable for me. After talking it over we decided it had to be Colin Appleyard who would supply my car. Again Chris was brilliant told us the pros and cons of my two choices. We chose the Suzuki S Cross. Chris did all the paperwork and kept me informed as to where everything was up to. It was a really good experience without any headaches. Thanks Chris for everything I am very grateful”

“I must say how very much impressed we were on visiting Colin Appleyard Bradford to choose a new car. The staff were exceptional, especially Luke Greenwood who went above & beyond for us, from ordering to picking up the car. We were kept updated on the delivery status of the vehicle. Luke was very professional & kind. We are very happy with the service. And would recommend Colin Appleyard to everyone. 10/10.”

“Its always nice to meet friendly, helpful people, and that's what happens when you call in at Colin Appleyard's. We met Steve and John and within a short period of time our car of choice, the new Suzuki S Cross, was signed for, and a great 'deal', had been done. We collected the new car a few days later, and we are delighted, not only with the car, but the whole experience of buying the car, helped along by the professionalism of Salesman Steve, and Finance Manager John.”

“Anne & Oliver B, it is with many thanks to the Staff at Collin Appleyard Cars that my husband and I, have been given the ability to drive one of their Suzzuki cars, over the past three years, completely hassle free with no worries, concerns or financial loss. From day one of visiting the Ashton-under-lyne car showrooms, we have been welcomed as valued customers - which still stands every time we visit 10/10. The Sales Rep, Nick Hughes feels more of a reliable friend, professionally devoting his time in meeting all of our requirements entailed with buying a car. This is our second car we have now bought from Collin Appleyard. We are more than happy having taken out a further three year contract. 10/10 For the next thre year's 10/10, as we know that any problems, issues, maintenance of the car, it's finances, help from the Staff and Nick esspecially, that we will continue to have, happy, no worries or concerns, driving our car bought from Collin Apppleyyard Cars showroom. “The staff Colin Appleyards Keighley were extremely helpful. Keighley sales obtained a pre-reg Ignis from their Huddersfield branch for a test drive at Keighley within 48 hours of my request (convenient for my husband and myself). A personal preference for clutch adjustment (I hasten to add this was not a problem with the car, just personal preference) was carried out satisfactorily and in time for collection of car just four working days later. Sales staff had been helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with throughout. I would give a rating of 10 out of 10 to the sales staff if the website allowed and I hope my five stars represent that. My husband and I have had 6 cars, some new and some pre-reg, from Colin Appleyard's at Keighley and I think this says it all. Many thanks to the staff at Colin Appleyard's, Keighley.”
