“We visited the Ashton Under-Lyne store and the experience was great from start to finish. The service department were amazing and Nick in the sales department is an absolute gem. Nick was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The team really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

“We have taken delivery of our Suzuki across plugin car. We very pleased with our purchase from Colin appleyards again. “Always first class customer service. My car was booked in for its MOT and Service. No automatic car was available for me to borrow for the day, so they came and collected my car from home and dropped it off for me later, all shiny and clean too. Highly recommend Appleyards, Bradford. Never a hard sell and staff you can always trust.”

“When I ordered my car I was told it could take 4-6 months to be delivered, imagine my surprise and thrill when I received the notification to say it had arrived. I am now the very proud owner of my new car. Great service from Steve Bagnall who has made the process so easy for me, he took the time to show me all about the car and answer all my questions, brilliant service, exactly what I've come to expect from Colin Appleyards. Its an early happy Christmas to me!”

“Very friendly staff, car serviced and MOT done, it was returned to me absolutely spotless inside and out. I also received a video from the mechanic showing the work that was done. I would highly recommend.”

We are sorry to see that you were only able to provide us with a 1 star review on this occasion as this is certainly not the experience we strive for our customers to have when dealing with us. Following your comments we have looked into the work which was carried out & can confirm that this was as per the manufacturer's recommendation for the age & mileage of the vehicle. We can also confirm that the work was charged as per the quote provided at the time of booking and for which authority will have been given by you via a signature on the job card ahead of the service being carried out. As a manufacturer approved dealership, we are required to adhere to their servicing schedules when cars are still under a manufacturer warranty period as yours is. Our Service Advisors are always happy to answer any questions you may have & provide an explanation of anything you are unsure of when it comes to your vehicle or work carried out. We are sorry you were unhappy with the cost & do hope that we will see you in the dealership again in the future.

“John couldn’t have been more helpful Having just been involved in an accident in my other vehicle I was quite stressed Without pushing me he found me another vehicle which I am very happy with and took all the worry of buying another car away He has answered all my questions and explained all the controls of the vehicle and I drove away quite happily in my Suzuki Ignis”
