Was all set to purchase a used Suzuki Vitara S but I unfortunately had to cancel. The staff were incredibly understanding and returned my deposit in a timely manner. A1 customer service. I will be returning when my situation improves.

Fantastic service as ever from all the staff, especially Ali and Christian who dealt with the purchase of the car we bought, a Mazda ZS 1.5. A very beautiful looking car, immaculate both inside and out. This is the third car we have bought from Colin Appleyards over the past few years and all have been outstanding! Would definitely buy again.

Thank you very much. I bought two wiper blades for my Suzuki Ignis 2018. As they where damaged with the frost when we had snow as they where stuck to the screen. My own fault as I should have cleared the screen before using my wipers. First class product I bought of you. Thanks very much. M S Barber.

Poor customer service. Arrived at 4pm as arranged only to be kept waiting for nearly an hour and then told an car would not be available until September. Poor service for Motability customers, we shall look elsewhere. This was at the Ashton-Under-Lyne branch.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important and allows us to ensure a continual improvement in the services we provide. We do apologise there was a delay with your appointment time, this is not how we normally conduct our business and we have discussed your comments with the branch, who in turn advised that upon your arrival apologies were made as due to unforeseen circumstances appointment times were running slightly behind. They were on the understanding this wasn't a problem and light refreshments were offered. Unfortunately, the delay in the availability of the vehicle was down to the chosen colour. The choice of Motability cars you have is dictated by the manufacturer and not controlled by us. This is further complicated at the current time due to a Global issue with new car manufacturing and supply.
