“They sorted out my pre-MoT problems even though the suspension one took some graft and tidied up the smaller issues before returning my car, same day, with brand new MoT! Can’t beat that friendly, efficient service anywhere. Will stay with this great company.”

“We experienced excellent customer service as always and the part-exchange/new purchase was clearly explained. During these difficult times (C19), the staff made the buying experience safe, informative and efficient. You never feel pressurised to buy - the customer leads the selling experience. The sales team offer advice, answer an array of questions then the customer is left alone to make decisions in peace. A special thanks to Matthew who was highly professional and very personable. Have already and will continue to recommend Suzuki cars and Colin Appleyard. PS: really love the Vitara!”

Apologies that on this occasion your vehicle wasn't washed. Due to the current Covid situation we are limiting the number of staff members who come into contact with vehicles and our focus is on sanitising before they are handed back. “Staff friendly and the service was fine, I think the only disappointment was the advertised wash and vac with every service didn't happen...again. Why advertise it if you're not going to do it? The first time was pre COVID-19 as well.”

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the washing of vehicles and apologise that pre Covid this would have been a genuine oversight on our behalf, unfortunately now due to the current situation we are limiting the number of staff members who come into contact with vehicles and focusing on sanitising before they are handed back. This means we are not able to offer the full service wash facility as we would normally. We will of course return to providing a complimentary service wash as soon as we are able and hope that we will be in a position to do so on your next visit.
