“I have been using appleyards for many years now and have been 100 per cent satisfied. I have dealt with Karl the whole time and have always been made to feel welcome. He is very patient and always explains all aspects of the purchase, moreover, he is always at the end of the phone whenever I have any queries, he's a top man”

“Amazing customer service as always. Car went in for MOT and service. Staff were pleasant when dropping the car off. Received a video health check later that morning and a call half an hour later to say my car was ready. Incredibly happy with everything, so much so my husband is considering trading his current car in and dealing with Colin Appleyard instead.”

“I was very impressed by the team at the Ashton under Lyne branch of Colin Appleyards . Nick and Dean talked me through different options but never pressured me into making any rash decisions . There wasn't any "hard sell" and I felt comfortable at all times . On the day of collection ,the car I bought was ready and waiting plus everything Nick had said he'd do was completed with no fuss .I left the garage thinking I'd been given a good deal . I would recommend this garage to my friends and family , I will return in the future for servicing / MOTs etc. Many thanks”

“My Swift was due for it's 2nd annual service. I booked it for a date and time that was ideal for me. On arrival I was greeted like an old friend, handed over the keys and went off to do some local shopping, returning just before the estimated time for completion. On completion I was given a comprehensive breakdown of the work done. All the staff at Ashton under Lyne Suzuki are extremely friendly and very efficient, even remembering ones name though they only see you once a year.”

“Our car broke down out of the blue, so we began our search for the right vehicle and we came across Colin Appleyard. Most notably was the personable approach combined with an efficient service. We were taken care of by Ami and Dean, who were genuine good people; with answers to all our queries and sound communication throughout the process, which was excellent. We love the car it’s exactly what we were looking for and feel like we’ve found a car dealership firm we’ve connected with and will be back again I don’t doubt. Superb, 10 out 10.”

“A great and totally unexpected deal. “From the moment we arrived to view a Suzuki Ignis at the Aston office, we were met by genuinely friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. A test drive around the town with our salesman Chris suggesting all elements of likely situations, was for me a really useful exercise as didn’t know the area. Having decided on my purchase, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in making the whole process pain free. All queries and questions were answered and today I drove my gorgeous Ignis Hybrid home. I am delighted with my purchase and with all the support that is available. I am looking forward to putting my vehicle to the test knowing that if anything isn’t perfect I can contact Chris and it will be rectified.Thank you to all concerned.”

“I would like to to thank all staff at Huddersfield branch of Colin Appleyard ltd. , on behalf of my wife and myself on our visit on the 20th March. We were welcomed with kindness and courtesy. Special thanks to Jon, (broadbent),who took us on our test drive of the vehicle (used S-Cross) ,a credit to your company, professional,knowledgeable,not pushy but patient, with a sense of humor, he needed to be, with a couple of oldies like us . Jon took us carefully through all the paper work, and got us smoothly to the end,with a coffee or hot chocolate or tea along the way. Collection and hand over on time on the agreed day and time,excellent customer service all the way, 5 stars or more! . Well done and thanks. D&S”
