Hi Anne, Thank you for your feedback. We have discussed your comments with the dealership and whilst the service and mot had been completed on time the delay was with the washing and cleaning of your Suzuki Ignis, unfortunately due to unforseen cicumstances we were a member down on the valeting team. Apologies once again Anne for any inconvinience this may have caused and we do hope you will contine to use us in the future.

“Nick H helped my mum with a really smooth sale of a beautiful car for herself. First time she had ever got a car on her own and he helped us every step of the way. Lovely staff here really make you feel like part of their little family. Left feeling very happy and reassured that if we needed anything we could go back to them anytime for advice or help. Cant thank Nick enough for how he was from start to finish, very nice experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you so much... they make excellent hot chocolates too lol thanks guys On behalf of us both”
