Service and first MOT completed yesterday at Suzuki Keighley. I was offered a courtesy car which wasn’t required. I received a video showing my car receiving a health check. The work was completed by early afternoon. Collected the car washed and cleaned. The invoice was as expected. All staff friendly and professional. 10/10.

We had a fabulous experience on 21st Feb at Colin Appleyards in Ashton under Lyne. Nick Hughes was our Sales Executive and he was more then helpful. He was pleasant and friendly to talk to, and he didn't mind when our three year old son was running around the showroom floor whilst he was trying to sort the paperwork! I trade my old car and Nick helped us with this process and was able to accommodate our budget, which I was more then happy about. We also met the General Manager who was also very friendly. A first class service from start to finish! I would highly recommend them.

Took car in for routine service, I was early as thought traffic was slower. I arrived 40 minutes early and was welcomed by staff and dealt with straight away, the courtesy car was an S cross much bigger than my ignis. Due to the current rain and effects of storm dudley, I did not feel confident in driving a bigger vehicle. I was offered the alternative of having the service completed while I waited, which I gratefully accepted. I was shown to the waiting area and made comfortable while a hot chocolate was prepared for me. The staff were extremely kind in ensuring I was comfortable and kept me updated on progress of the service and offer of drinks. The service was completed within the hour. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Very polite conversation,not too pushy. Informative detail with video of car inspection quite useful. Although full valet and collected from home address which was great, still more expensive than my regular garage. Genuine parts always used, good explanation of what was required to maintain good working order. Staff pleasant. Good experience.

New car in for mud flaps putting on & brake pedal looking at, also usb port keeps disconnecting! Booked car in (will take most of day courtesy car supplied) for pedal doing ( had to order part ) also having to have a new usb port fitted. As usual the staff were very friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble! 10 out of 10. W.
