“Matthew is outstanding in his role! Until May last year we hadn't seen him for 8 years and He instantly recognised us when we came into the dealership. We are very grateful to him for his superb service and efficiency. The car was beautifully prepared and we'd have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.”

“I recently bought an older lower price bracket Suzuki Swift from Appleyards Ashton branch. I didn't view the car but relied on video and the description from the sales rep before collection from the Huddersfield branch. The car was actually better than described. Three months plus later the exhaust developed an issue. I made ONE phone call to discuss the fault. Two days later the car was repaired (full new exhaust) and collected. No charge although the warranty had expired. The level of professionalism, competency and customer service is quite simply, unbeatable. Superb friendly staff, even those just passing time as I walked through the door.”

“Great family business where the sales team aren’t pushy and like robots, wasn’t looking to buy a car but the relaxed environment just allowed me to browse and when I was ready Luke was on hand to answer any questions I had and we even had a bit of a laugh in the process. If you want to buy a car from a normal human being and not a pushy ex double glazing salesman who rattles off facts and figures like a broken record then this is the place for you.”

“My experience with Colin Appleyard was for a second time excellent. We were given the access to all vehicles in the showroom without any sales pressure. When we did finalise our decision to buy we were assisted very helpfully by Michael Chambers who explained very well the merits of our choice of car - a Suzuki Ignis. We had never owned a Suzuki car previously and his explanations were very helpful. The car was delivered in excellent presentation on the day allocated. We are very pleased with service Colin Appleyards have given us and we will certainly be in touch in the future for assistance in maintaining the new vehicle and any future replacements. “Excellent customer service from Ali and Christian, knowledgeable, friendly willing to answer any questions. Warm and welcoming environment as I have become accustomed to over many years at the Huddersfield branch. Pre-collection calls and updates made the switch hassle free and efficient. A comfortable wait area provides additional comfort whilst waiting. The hot drink was very welcome on a cold day, thank you!”

“I had an urgent problem with the car last week and the dealership at AUL were kindly able to deal with it on that day. As usual they were very efficient and of course they solved the problem. A 10 out of 10. Thanks to Barrie and Angela who as always are very helpful.”
