“First time with Appleyards, after excellent service for 15 years from another dealership and another manufacturer, whose product did not meet our requirements. So Suzuki gained our business, and the sales staff, particularly Dominic at Keighley, couldn't have been more helpful and patient with a customer unsure of a new make and it's features. First contact with the service staff also inspired confidence.”

“Matt was excellent. Patient, no pressure, and answered all our questions very thoroughly. Sent us a whatsapp video of car we were initially interested in. Our new car handles well. “03/07/2023 Such a friendly great service my husband and I recieved from the staff at Canal Rd Bradford. After searching, looking around a few main dealerships this was definitley the best. Ashley went over everything thoroughly and was more than helpful. even the manager stopped to say hello and check all was well. It was an efficient service all round and the staff were so pleasant and accomodating. The little extras my husband requested were fullfilled. The staff kept us well informed with what was happening and all went to plan, excellent. Would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement vehicle new or used. Love my Suzuki Vitara great car good price with lots of safety extras that I was not expecting. Highly recommend Ashley for his patience and proffesional attitude instructing me on all the new tech details I had little understanding of.”

“The customer service at the Huddersfield branch is second to none. We were made to feel welcome as soon as Matt came over to introduce himself and we were well looked after right up until I drove away with my car. Please ensure Matt gets the recognition he deserves, he really was great. I’ve recommended a few people pop in to see him for a new car based on his service! Also, the lady who I think does accounts, sorry I’ve forgotten her name, she was also an absolute diamond. You run a great operation there in Huddersfield, all staff should be very proud.”

“Where do I start, from going into Appleyards canal rd we were left to browse without being fussed & when we needed advice we had the best service & info possible .prices were amazing so pleased with everyone & everything.hand over was so efficiently done. Would recommend to everyone.”

“I bought my jimni in march and this was my first service.I felt so comfortable bringing her back (she is called Mary Poppins) I waited for the service as i travel a goid distance.The service manager made sure i was ine of the first.So happy with everything.Thank you”
