The aftersales service at the Huddersfield branch in my case was non-existent I purchased my vehicle paid in full was not shown how to use the controls or had the service plan explained. I had to telephone the branch as there was a slight fault in the body kit I did not recieve a follow up call as promised to get the vehicle booked in. I booked in the vehicle for more than 2 weeks in advance for the 17th of December on the 16th I was teleohoned and asked if I could take the car myself to the body shop as you were short staffed I was more than put out by this, however having pointed out I still was not 100% confident with controls was advised that's no problem you just drive o n here and someone will show you. On the morning I decided to call the branch as although the post code of the body shop had been sent to me I required more concise instructions. I spoke to Christian and he said do you have sat nav I said no, he said " well I dont know how I am going to tell you then" I asked where do I come off the ring road he said " you haven't said where you are coming from" I asvised him he hadn't asked he replied "do you want the directions or not" I asvised I come from Halifax and do not know Huddersfield very well and just need to know how to get there and then would come back to the branch for him to show me the controls he advised he was the only salesman in so wouldn't be able to guarantee this as if he was with a customer he wouldn't do it. I then asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Steve expressing my concern 1, I did not agree that I should be driving all over forypu to rectify a fault that should have been picked up before it was handed over and secondly Christian's attitude. He then took over and sorted things out for me. It has left a really nasty taste in my mouth as I feel once you had my money ypu forgot I was a customer. I might have bought a service plan but have no idea of the cost as this was not explained.

Ali the Sales Manager has been excellent and extremley helpfull and Im a very happy customer of a Suzuki Sports Swift in Speedy Blue ... looking So Forward to picking it up this Friday , Ali Gave a Excellent service and made it relatively stress free.

I had a major service on my Subaru Forester at Colin Appleyard at Ashton. Many thanks to Angela and all staff in the service department for the exemplary service I received. I had received a text reminder a couple of weeks previous that my car was due itā€™s service, I contacted Angela and booked the car in and requested a courtesy car. All the work was carried out on my car and I received a phone call to say the car was ready. I received a health check video via text to my phone of all checks carried out on my car. Thanks to all the staff in the service department at Ashton for the excellent service. Iā€™m a regular customer with good reason.

Excellent service from Appleyard Suzuki Bradford from reminder email service was due, booking in, dropping off and collecting my Suzuki. A courtesy car was supplied. Overall a super experience from Jason and the team. Have recommended this dealership to friends. Many thanks , Wendy Fisher.

Richard in the Bradford branch was provided exceptional service. He understand my requirements and found me the perfect car with budget. I am really pleased with the Suzuki Swift I purchased. gary from saddleworth. i just purchased a vitara 1.6 szt allgrip from the ashton branch and nick hughes was my salesman who couldnt have been more helpful and professional, i liased with nick to arrange a good long test drive and nick brought it to my house to drive at my convenience, he was very knowledgeable about the car and after my test drive i had decided to buy the car, it drove well and had plenty of safety kit and a good spec as all suzukis do, i arranged to call to the branch the following day to sort out the paperwork which nick had prepared for me that evening even though he only got back to the branch quite late as we had been out in the car for a good while, the price was excellent and as the car was just 3 years old very low mileage and immaculate with a full service history from ashton, i took out an extended warranty for peace of mind which was quite comprehensive, i was introduced to all the team at ashton from the managers to the service department who explained their service plan which worked out excellent value and i called back in the branch a few days later after taking collection of the car to take out the 2 year service plan, everyone was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them and i can see myself having a very pleasant ownership of this vehicle as all the staff are totally customer focused and suzuki have an enviable reliability rating. A big thank you to all the staff at colin appleyards ashton, very well done.

Appleyards provide an excellent service and they are easy to deal with , not pushy Craig Ryde was a realy nice guy easy going and made everything so simple . Would recomend them and buy from them again . I love the car .

I have just bought a Suzuki swift from the Bradford branch. Iā€™m really pleased with the Swift, itā€™s a fantastic car and I purchased it for a great price too.
