“Spent the time to help us with our requirements nothing was any trouble to Matt and Ali to sort a deal ,having visited other dealers that only wanted to order a car unseen or tested it is very refreshing when you are making a big financial commitment thank you for you help”

“I took my Suzuki Swift for a winter service and first 2000 mile service. As with buying the car, the customer service was excellent. All the service staff couldn't do enough for me and were very good at explaining what checks would be done on my car. I got it back in tip top condition. Thank you so much to all at Colin Appleyard, Ashton.”

“Very helpful staff. An excellent customer experience. From test drive to purchase and receipt of car we were kept fully informed. Everything we needed to know about the purchase was fully explained including gap insurance and the Gen 3 Glass coating. I did check out these online to make sure they were value for money and indeed they were. It's the third car we have purchased from Colin Appleyard and each time we have been more than satisfied.”

“I've been a satisfied customer for almost 20 years. However, I raised a complaint but noone had the decency to respond. They couldn't even be bothered to follow their own complaints procedure. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.”
