“I contacted the garage as none of the garages in my area were in stock. Richard ( Bennett) of Colin apple yard bradford rang me and we discussed the part ex of my car and cost of new car . We largely communicated via what’s app after this and it was great. Richards communication was fabulous always replying in a very short timescale. A video of the car when it came into the garage was a nice touch. Handover on 1-3-23 was smooth and I would high,y recommend Colin appleyard to buy a car from and in particular Richard - nothing was a bother.”

“We visited a couple of dealers just to inquire about price/ size of models/ trade in deal etc then went into Appleyards and found ourselves so impressed we ordered a car that day. We were never put under any pressure, just the opposite, " don't rush any decisions" they said. Between ordering and pick up we've had texts and emails just to keep us up to date which we thought was good.Thank you Johnathon for the hand over experience where you explained everything well.”

“As always professional & obliging team. Car had routine annual service including valet, ready for collection promptly. I can always feel confident my car receives good care and particularly like to see the video taken by the team showing the under side of my car. Thankyou Colin Appleyard”

“I took my car to Colin Appleyard for its MOT service and a recall, I waited for it to be done and was supplied with coffee, it did not take too long, I was told everything that was, and had been done, I was kept updated of the progress, everyone was very friendly. On the whole I would highly recommend using their service.”

“I was looking for a new car and i went to Colin Appleyard in ashton to look at the Suzuki, I found the salesman to be friendly and knowledgable. I didnt feel pressured and was given options. I didnt end up getting a suzuki as i do prefer a bigger car and found one in my price range elswhere. i just wanted to say that the showroom and sales people were very welcoming and i would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking”

“Outstanding car buying experience. I experienced high quality customer service from all of the staff which was very consistent. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They kept in touch without been pushy, other companies could learn a thing or two about communication from Colin Appleyard. I wanted to downsize for future financial planning towards semi retiring. I still needed a reliable car for work as I am a community worker. The staff helped me decide on a car suitable for my budget. After a couple of test drives and other contacts with Colin AppIeyard during my car buying process I felt I wanted to buy a car particularly from them as I felt so comfortable, no game playing just honest trustworthy service.”
