“as my winter check found a broken spring, it was all dealt with the same day, very efficiently!! Everything was explained by the very helpful chap on reception and included a free car wash and inside valet. Thank you all, Maureen Barlow”

“We tracked 75 miles across the pennines to buy our Nissan Juke from Colin Appleyard at Keighley. Everything was going so smoothly until the final hurdle. Our salesman Ashley certainly knew his stuff about the process and the product but on handover we were disappointed to see it still had scratches in the passenger door which we pointed out at our first contact 2 weeks ago. After the original sales patter of " we don't sell cars with knocks or scratches" we were left with no option but to take the car, as by then we had taxed it and signed away our UNMARKED trade in. Why don't you let customers inspect the car before the deal is completed, seems very underhand.”

“The move from a larger farm vehicle to a Suzuki Ingnis was completed without fuss The sales department very pleasant to deal with, good manners and a thorough knowledge of the car counted for much. We were soon made familiar with the car and had a test drive which confirmed that the proposed vehicle was suitable for our purposes. Since then the vehicle has performed faultlessly, a real pleasure to drive. In short an excellent buying experience. Well done Appleyard Ltd!”

“Fantastic experience purchasing a car from Colin Appleyard in Bradford. Matt who helped me was extremely professional and courteous and answered all the many questions I had about the car even after I had made the purchase. Communication was great before the purchase and offered me a fantastic deal on a used car. After ringing a few different dealers and searching around I can certainly say that this is the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Will certainly be happy to come back in the future.”

“Great service from Chris at Ashton branch, nothing was too much trouble, all our questions were answered with no problems. Love the Vitara we purchased, would definitely return in the future. “Just bought my first car from Colin appleyard suzuki in keighley. My partner has had 3 cars from here and always makes sure he sees Matthew. After my experience, I can see why as he is extremely knowledge and a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish I never felt under any pressure to buy the car, it always felt like my decision. I can't speak highly enough of Matthew and the team as nothing felt too much for them. Excellent customer service, I will be returning if I decide I want to trade in.”

“Having just collected my first Suzuki - Vitara Allgrip Hybrid- from the Keighley branch, I must say how pleased I was from start to finish with the standard of attention from Michael Chambers. “So this is our latest purchase from Colin Appleyard Huddersfield, and once again got a great deal on a new Grand Vitara Mild Hybrid. With fantastic service both from the sales team and the parts department who made the whole experience a pleasant one. Delivery day was smooth with Karl covering everything even to the point of setting up our mobile phones to the vehicle. Karl and the rest of the team are very friendly and helpful.
