Excellent customer service from Ashley at keighley branch. Nothing was to much bother for him he even answered all my questions in a way which even we understand..

Excellent Service! They collected my Subaru WRX for a cam belt change. Collected my car and dropped it off which was really appreciated. Service department were always communicating and most importantly pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended!!

I dropped my car off for a safety recall. The initial customer service was welcoming and very helpful, however that was soon outweighed by the disappointment of not receiving work that I had paid for. I’ve ended up taking my car to my local garage and paying twice to get the work carried out. Really upset and disappointed. I’m unable to answer the next question as I’m still wait for Mike to call me back!

Hi Karen, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important and allows us to ensure a continual improvement in the services we provide. Having discussed your comments with the dealership they did confirm that the work had been carried out and after collecting your car you had contacted the service desk to advise that the vehicle was vibrating and pulling at speeds of 80-100 mph. Matthew our Service Manager has tried to contact you but has been unsuccessful. MOT on car - they collected the car carried out the MOT (with video sent) and returned the car 2 hours later - all done. Splendid service from the team

Very helpful staff working during covid restrictions walked me through vehicles and options available to purchase, very happy with the car I chose with Matthew's advice and very smartly prepared car for handover of the keys

There is nothing to criticise about this company but its strength is its staff. We normally deal with Malcolm - brilliant - friendly, professional, experienced and helpful just about covers it. I suspect their prices are in line with other garages but the service they give is fantastic. Nothing is overlooked. The engineers in the bike shop are the best there is. Many thanks.

My car needed it’s mot. Unfortunately it failed but I was given a phone call straight away with prices and the work was carried out. My car was back with me a day earlier than expected and the price was pleasantly cheaper than initially quoted.

Hi, this was my 2nd visit to Bradford branch and very satisfied with the service given to my Vitara. Car was in great condition once got back. Due to covid restrictions still very well looked after. Staff was very helpful from start to finish. Thanks a lot for excellent service.

The salesman I dealt with Michael did not know what he was doing all the way through the process then yesterday after telling myself and ringing my son to say he would deliver the new car to my address it never happened we ended up going to the garage in Ashton to pick up the new car Michael then called my son and myself a Lier to cover up his mistakes the manager thought he could rectify the mistake by talking over me on the phone I will never ever deal with this garage ever again to be called a liar because Michael could not do his job I found absolutely terrible makes me think what’s going to happen when it’s time for a service I have phoned motorbility to let them know how very vulnerable people are being treated by the staff at this garage.

We have spoken with the dealership regarding your comments and Dan did confirm that there had been a misunderstanding regarding the delivery of your Suzuki Vitara and we would like to apologise if the explanation of this came across wrong, it certainly wasn’t with intent. Dan also advised that due to the inconvenience and upset that had been caused, we did give you a full tank of fuel and believed that when you left the dealership both yourself and your son were happy with the service that you had received from Nick. Again our apologies for any misunderstanding or upset caused and we hope that this will not prevent you from returning to us again in the future.
