“Perfectly happy with the service I received. Not too happy with the damage to my vehicle, that appears to have happened in your customer parking area.”

We do apologise there seems to have been some damage to your vehicle whilst on site and believe our Service Manager is looking further into this to see how we can best help and advise. “I was told the service would take 3 hours when I arrived and it took almost exactly 3 hours. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable waiting area. All that I require from a service.”

“As ever, I was impressed and delighted with the service received at Appleyards Bradford recently when almost immediately they sorted out a low tyre pressure problem that I had with my Vitara. “Customer service is always excellent, staff are always polite and courteous and always go above and beyond. Was more than satisfied with my recent trip to Appleyards Canal Rd Bradford. Courtesy car was there waiting for me, and work was carried out as requested was extremely happy, car was even washed and valeted for me.”

“From the minute I walked into the dealership, Ami Sanders looked after us. She wasn’t pushy and made us feel really relaxed and welcome. The team are very friendly and professional. Ami took time to talk us through everything thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble. When things were raised with her ( scuffs on the car I was buying), Ami reassured me that they would be dealt with before I picked the car up. All in all, buying a car from ColinAppleyard ( especially Ami) would be one that I would recommend to others.”
