“Service, as always, was extremely friendly prompt and professional. We are not just treated as customers but more like family friends. Always a pleasure to deal with and and we will always use them 20 service and maintain our vehicles”

“Very happy with the service I got at Colin Appleyard Bradford. Matt went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and informed during this difficult time of Covid. I was upgrading my car as I have been very pleased with the Swift. Love the wheels and touch screen system in the new car. A great experience all round. Thank you”

“We first went to look at a car on Tuesday 9th March. We were invited to spend as much time as we needed sitting in the car and trying out the bits and pieces that we wanted to examine more closely. Matt, who dealt with us was polite, knowledgeable and friendly, not at all pushy and cocky like some car salesmen we have come upon at other times.. We chose our car, a Suzuki Swift and went to collect it the following Tuesday. The whole procedure was relaxed and comfortable, one of the best experiences we have had when buying a car. The icing on the cake was the unexpected bottle of wine that we received on completion of the transaction. On our experience, we would definitely recommend Colin Appleyard to anyone considering buying a new, or changing their car. Sue & Dave , Bradford.”

“Customer service at Colin Appleyard Bradford was great - friendly, efficient, no problems. Car was booked in, serviced and MOTd - all straightforward - and I was kept up to date with progress throughout the day. Jason Lee who managed the service for me was courteous, friendly and made the process on a busy day for me as hassle free as possible. He made sure he was there when I picked up my car later in the day which was much appreciated. Great customer service and cost was low. Thanks very much, Jason.”

“Always happy with the Ashton team. Very happy with my car service and MOT. Having no the service of my car being collected and returned is a bonus. Very happy with the communication from Barry and the video from the mechanic showing the work undertaken.”

“booked my ignis in for first service 11-03-21 at 08-30 got it back by 12 - 00 pm. The member of staff was there to take my keys straight away and was just as quick to return them when I picked the car up. also Karl who sold me the car came straight over to have a chat with me about the car which is my second ignis, and I will be more than pleased pleased to buy a third one from Karl as he has dealt with me and my wife with all the Suzuki cars we have had and he and the rest of the Huddersfield team are very informative and helpful, top marks and well done.”

“Had my Ignis in for its service and MOT at the Bradford branch. Jason Lee the service manager has been outstanding in his efforts to resolve the issues we have been having with the media system in the car. Also the rest of the staff at the branch are efficient and friendly. Overall a top place to go for your vehicle”

“I had to wait seven hours before I got my car back and the car still dertty thay sepos to wash the car after service if too many customers wy should you booke them in same day ok bye”

We're very sorry to read your comments. Due to the current Covid situation we are limiting the number of staff members who come into contact with vehicles & focusing on sanitising before they are handed back. This means we are not able to offer the full service wash facility as we would normally (which I should add is free of charge). We will of course return to providing a complimentary service wash as soon as we are able.
