“We purchased a Fiat Punto on a 2018 plate to replace my wife's ageing Hyundai i20 from the Bradford branch. We dealt with Matthew Hudson and can honestly say he was very professional but also down to earth. We spoke with some of Matthew's colleagues and they were also very pleasant. We are very happy with the deal we got and would consider buying from them again in the future.”

“Keighley Branch. Disappointed The staff were a little distracted. It took longer than expected. Was asked to take my car to another dealer to sort auto door lock issue. Must have cleaned my car with a dirty cloth, as lots of little scratches.”

“Huddersfield branch were very friendly and pleasant made me feel at ease, all the staff are lovely florence and Jon made a wonderful team explaining anything I was unsure about and making our experience a wonderful one they have gone out of their way to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Jon is a great salesman and puts you at ease with no pressure to purchase he has a very good knowledge of the cars and is able to answer any questions or concerns openly goes out of his way to ensure you are happy and quickly responds to any concerns or queries overall I am extremely happy with the service I have received so far hopefully it will continue going forward I would definitely recommend”

“Staffs at ColinAppleyard (Canal Road, Bradford) are approachable & accommodating. I was late for my appointment due to school activities but they kept my servicing appointment for me. Thanks. Hope my car will be running smoothly as it’s when it was brand new. More power to the whole team!!!”

“Extremely friendly staff. Who were very knowledge throughout. The car at the speak we wanted had sold but they quickly found one that matched elsewhere. Fantastic price and service and a very pleasant experience throughout.”

“I've been to 5 dealerships and this 1 was the best customer service by far, nick kept in contact throughout the whole process, answered any questions I had to ask and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend.”

“I brought my car in for mot and servicing made appointment at 9 told to leave car as there did not book it in and it be on list staff at service desk was not interested what you had to say and I had to go back in a few days later and the same respond will not be going back and we are paying there wages and it all new staff”
