Disappointed car wasn't ready at agreed time which meant I had to make other arrangements .

Hi Anne, Thank you for your feedback. We have discussed your comments with the dealership and whilst the service and mot had been completed on time the delay was with the washing and cleaning of your Suzuki Ignis, unfortunately due to unforseen cicumstances we were a member down on the valeting team. Apologies once again Anne for any inconvinience this may have caused and we do hope you will contine to use us in the future.

Ordered ignition key/remote fob for 12 reg Suzuki. Replacement part arrived promptly. Recoding of key was done whilst I waited in reception. Thanks.

They were very good with my car purchase, everything happened quickly and on time as they promised. They couldn’t do anything on price but, there you go, i still bought it. Nice, friendly staff.

Would have been a 5 stars except - this had never happened before in all the services we have had with Appleyards. But who ever drove the car round to the service bay altered the seating lumber, height and steering rack . We accept that the seat will have to be moved back or forwards . But 4 days on We can’t get the position correct . It’s rather annoying . Bit like Goldilocks and the 3 Bears - who’s been sat in my chair! Not just me, but my wife drives the car too and feels the same . In the future please do not touch the chair and steering wheel settings they are personal to the owner . Thank you

Great service as usual and the video report is a great idea to check your cars condition. Not sure if they use plastic seat covers still to protect seats from engineers overalls would like to see it returned if no longer in practice. That said would not hesitate to use them again we have done for many years. .

We have checked and can confirm that all our sites have plastic seat covers and paper mats which should be used on all vehicles entering the workshop, these are then disposed of when the vehicle is cleaned. Put in for small service .and MOT dropped off at 9an ready for 3 pm got decent courtesy car .and got car washed and vacuum.good service pleasant staff ....

Friendly and attentive service staff . Picked up and attended to puncture which we weren't aware off . On the film supplied made reference to torn wiper rubber which wasn't corrected or advised to us. We have sent for a pair off ebay and will replace ourselves. Otherwise happy with work completed and the price .

Nobody likes spending money, so having a repair cost £55 less was a great result. The addition of a courtesy car was also good.
