“Fantastic service,helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great competitive pricing on vehicles. No quibble on any problems, in fact refused the sale of a car that did not come up to their high standards and found a replacement vehicle for us on the same day. Vehicle was in immaculate condition mechanically and aesthetically . All in all it was a pleasurable experience buying a car from Colin Appleyard, Ashton under lyne and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new or used Suzuki or Subaru.”

“I was very pleased with the service my car was picked up from my home at 9 am and returned around 1pm service done and nice and clean inside and out, worth the small extra cost will do the same again next time”

“Colin Appleyard always try to turn around services very quickly which they did again for me on this first service a nice result. Just a shame the courtesy car was not cleaned prior to being handed to me the inside was quite off putting.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important and allows us to ensure a continual improvement in the services we provide. We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the service we carried out on your vehicle and we do apologise that on this occasion the courtesy car wasn't up to our usual high standard. All courtesy vehicles are wiped down and sanitised after each use (including door handles etc) ready for the next customer, but often the problem is that they go out early and are returned late, which on occasions means the valeting team have already left and they cannot be fully cleaned before going out again. Once again, we do apologise and we have addressed it with the aftersales manager. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to being of service to you again in the future.

“Friendly and attentive service staff . Picked up and attended to puncture which we weren't aware off . On the film supplied made reference to torn wiper rubber which wasn't corrected or advised to us. We have sent for a pair off ebay and will replace ourselves. Otherwise happy with work completed and the price .”

“Nobody likes spending money, so having a repair cost £55 less was a great result. The addition of a courtesy car was also good.”
