“Simple problem on Ignis. Very helpful reception staff. Problem rectified all being well. Yet to check out driving at 70 to make sure wheel balance now correct. Excellent service as ever.”

“Purchased first car for daughter. We live 3 hrs away so had to go on pictures and video. On arranged arrival car was clean, prepared ready for us. One small internal snag dealt with straight away. Left it 2 months to write a review to see how car would run and had no issues great little 1st car. Really good first experience of car purchase for my daughter and lovely touch giving box of chocolates.”

“Absolutely delighted with my new car. Colin Appleyard work very hard to keep their customers coming back time and time again. I hate buying a new car but Colin Appleyard make it pain free ha ha! “This is my 3rd car from this showroom, It is absolutely immaculate inside and out, The team(especially Nick) are brilliant, He gives 194793379% to his job and will explain everything thoroughly until the customer is happy and content with their decision. The pricing is on par. This company nor vehicles have ever let me down. They are only a phone call away - you don’t know what your missing. Get down there - do it for Yorkshire.”

“Having obtained yet another vehicle from Colin Appleyard Keighley ( Mobility Car ) we were taken through the whole process by one of the nicest men that we have ever met. Mr MATHEW BUTTERFIELD . we were virtually tret as royalty by him, he explained and showed us everything on what would happen in the replacement of the car being chosen . He was prompt with his meeting times. shaking hands every time we met And as he was working on his computer ,he also explained as to what was happening. On collecting the Suzuki s.cross on Thursday 28th September he showed us all around the car, and what did what, where there was a small modernization on the vehicle, THIS MAN IS WORTH HIS WEIGHT IN GOLD and I'm sure we will meet again. Mr and Mrs Neil & Linda Sugden.”

“For service and MOT. You are very efficient and friendly. The only grievance I have is the way you have changed the way you have stopped honoring your promise that when you bought your car you would have your Mot. Free for the life of your car . I was really surprised when I had to pay for it as I had not been informed of the change. Over the last 7 years I have always had the car serviced and MOT with you but this may not now carry on. It would have been courtesy on your part to inform me of the change . I thought agreements were made to be kept. F. Lucas”

We really value and appreciate your loyalty over the seven years you have been coming to us for Service and MOT and we do apologise for any upset that has been caused by the changes in our policy regarding lifetime MOTs. We do from time to time review the products and services that we provide and the decision was made to remove the free MOT. We always strive to ensure that customers are aware of changes to our services and that they are informed of any modifications to agreements, once again, we apologise you weren't advised and we have raised this with the service teams.
