“This is the third car that we have bought from Colin Appleyard. Both my husband and I are very satisfied with the service we have received from them. Our thanks go to Karl Madden for making the journey for us easy and explaining the process during our new purchase. He allso took time with us to explain the new cars, systems. We will return in the future and recommend, anyone, to look at Colin Appleyard when buying a New or Second-hand car.”

“I recently took my car in for a service and MOT. I got a Health check video and a phone call regarding 2 of my tyres that needed replacing. The staff were helpful, friendly and polite. I would recommend Colin Appleyard to friends and family without hesitation.”

“Cant thank the service centre in Huddersfield enough. I had issues with my brakes and I need my car for work (driving instructor) . Although they were extremely busy they fit my car in so I could get back to work. I had been shopping around for other makes of hybrid cars but because of what these guys did for me recently I will be sticking with colin appleyard when I come to change my car next.”

“Very friendly, no hard sell which I like very much. Karl made me feel comfortable and was happy to show me the cars I was interested in and did not pressure me at all to make a choice and a decision. Good price for new car and great part exchange price given. The whole process was not rushed, he made time for me and gave excellent customer service, explaining everything very clearly. He told me what needed to be done on the car and said I would be able to collect it in a couple of days, which I did. He then went through the car with me and how to work everything. He went above and beyond, setting my phone up. Always happy with Huddersfield Appleyard garage, they all give great customer service.”

“Had my car serviced and mot'd at the Huddersfield branch yesterday. Great experience, courteous service and they even cleaned the car inside and out! I honestly don't think I would buy another car from anyone else and am lining up my next one soon!”

“There service in how they organise collecting my car for its service & MOT was fantastic the guy was so polite when he dropped my car off Cleansing Handles steering wheel etc Also sent Video of all checks in which I thought was Excellent keeping me up to date with everything . Thankyou .”

“I have had a total of six cars from Colin Appleyard Ltd and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very friendly and experts at what they do. A special mention about Barry on service reception at Ashton-under-Lyne, he is friendly and nothing is too much trouble, a credit to the firm. Total score on my last visit for service and MOT - 10/10.”
