Matthew Butterfield was great to deal with, gave us a good trade in for our Vitara against a new one which we love, always had trouble free service from Colin Appleyard at Keighley.

5 star except, for one missing vital component that I found to be missing. (The security wheel locking nut). I paid extra for a spare wheel to be installed as this vehicle was only equipped with a tyre inflation kit as standard. I have no complaint regarding this. I have been waiting a week now for a replacement security wheel locking nut to arrive. I spoke to a sales excectuive today who explained the reason why it had not arrived. (Stress) is my main complaint, as I am having to use my vehicle nearly every day (what if) comes to mind. Being put into a position of not being able to change a wheel if required to is not a pleasant emotion. (Not sure if recovery services have master keys or not) regards Michael Demaine

Hi Michael, We are sorry to see you've only been able to leave us a 2-star review. This is not something we expect to see and we have discussed your comments in further detail with the relevant departments. Unfortunately, as advised by the salesman the original replacement locking wheel nut for your vehicle is on back order (which is out of our control). To avoid further upset we have now ordered a complete set of new wheel nuts for your vehicle along with a new locking wheel nut, these should be with us tomorrow and as soon as they arrive we will contact you to arrange to have them replaced. Apologies once again Michael for any distress this has caused.

We love our new Suzuki Vitara, we found the customer service excellent everything was explained to us perfectly. We would highly recommend Colin Appleyard.

Matt and the team looked after us well, giving great service throughout. Set and managed expectations well, and the car we bought is great. Matt stayed late to facilitate an evening collection which we really appreciated. Would recommend!

I bought a Vitara from Colin Appleyard a couple of weeks ago. Their customer service is amazing. Steve was fantastic, so helpful and made everything so easy. I noticed a small issue with the driver's seat when I got home, he asked me to take it back to them and without any quibbles replaced the actual seat. You can't get better than that! I would definitely (and have already), recommend Colin Appleyard if you're looking for a good car and first class service.

Bought a car from Bradford showrooms Luke was brilliant nothing was to much trouble for him was very knowledgeable couldn’t do enough for us will definitely use again

Very happy with my service and MOT It was a very seamless process I was given a lovely courtesy car I was rung and told what work needed to be done on my vehicle which I think is a very good idea All in all a very good and stress free experience

Really good customer service experience. I was kept informed about how far the service was going as I chose to stay and wait for my car. Really kept well informed and took shorter than anticipated. Also had a lesson in how to use the coffee machine which was quite nice coffee!!!!! Overall....just as expected as this is our 5th Vitara and we'll probably stay with the car as we have really liked them all.

Luke was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and hybrids generally. He offered solutions to our challenges and was very helpful/professional at all times. He made you want to buy from him - people buy people! We didn't choose Suzuki this time due to price being more than we wanted to pay on a new car and the hybrid not suiting our needs. We have owned many Suzuki's and feel that we will be back again in the future. If we do, we will certainly look to buy from Luke and Colin Appleyard, Bradford. Luke demonstrates the qualities of customer care that we have grown to know and expect from Colin Appleyard.

Brought my car in, due to having issues with it 10 months after purchasing, at the start of December. After a week, I went to part-ex mine for a Suzuki (after hearing great reviews), 15 minutes before my appointment to pick my new car up I had a call saying I couldn't because there was still a issue with mine. Since then, I've had 4 calls saying they're waiting for the warranty company to accept the work however I've had to chase these calls and on one instance I waited 2 weeks (after them saying they'd called me in 24hours) only to find out the person I was dealing with went on holiday. I still have no idea what the issue is with my car asking asking them. The lack of communication is appalling, I cant get a straight answer, having to constantly chase people up and feeling pushed aside. No one seems interested because i have a curtesy car, but that isn't the point, there's no sense of urgency.
