“This months beauty box is not great. I’ve been with cohorted for 7 months and all of the beauty boxes have been excellent with top quality luxury brands & products. I feel this months is definitely not luxury, yes there’s a couple of more items than usual but it’s more on the same quality as other beauty boxes currently on the market which are priced at a 1/3rd of cohorted boxes. Had I known of the products in this months, I would most certainly paused my subscription for this month :-( Very disappointed!”

Hi Annette, We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with your Beauty Box this month, with Cohorted being a beauty subscription box, we understand naturally that not every single product will be loved by each individual customer. We do offer a returns service, where you are able to return the box unused for a full refund, to the return address found on the label on your box,

“Worst customer service you will ever experience. My advice don’t ever bother getting a subscription. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. The quality of the boxes when they do turn up is great but the chances of that happening and not having to chase for months is slim. I have been chasing a box since the 18th a February. One I have already been charged for. Ridiculous. The CS team tell you it’s on it way here and there but usually just to pacify you.”

“The only reason I am not giving Cohorted 5 stars is I didn't get me February box until March 13. But once received the February box was awesome. A great selection of high end hair and skin products that I can't wait to try. Hopefully I won't have to wait so long for the March beauty box”

“Does anyone know if Cohorted give tracking number? They are responding vaguely to my queries but not giving any tracking number. I am very uncomfortable with their way of doing things. Seems shady to me. I have already paid 102 Pounds for 2 boxes and have received nothing.”

“This wowcher cohorted box is a joke after waiting forever to receive after loads of unanswered emails it finally arrived today ,I through after all this time it was worth the wait but was i wrong ,one item was ok but the rest you could buy better in poundland luxury beauty box my eye... oh just remembered the box was damaged”

“Ordered a beauty box online via Wowcher.. supposed to be delivered over a week ago.. emailed customer service to get an update (as is a valentine's Day gift) and not had a reply except a generic email reply to say someone will contact me within 24 hours..3 days later and no contact nor reply to a second email I sent.”

“I was a little disappointed as this was my very first Cohorted Beauty Box and I did not receive the BYBI Plumber Lip Balm or the Show Beauty Texturing Spray as outlined in the Cohorted January booklet. I am looking forward to trying the lip mask and the Sachajuan Hair repair. The Jaclynn Hill eyeshadow palette had too much reds, but I may be able to use as blushes instead.”

“Overall I enjoy the boxes but my January box was quite disappointing. The items are more from budget brands and this is the second eye shadow pallet in a row. Hopefully feb is better or ill be deciding on if I want to continue receiving the boxes.”

“I was a bit disappointed in the January Box, but guess I was just unlucky in that I already had the Morphe Palette and the Bybi Lip Balm and I don't really get on with Show Beauty Hair Products they don't suit my curly hair and we seem to have had a lot of this brand over the last 12 months. Also I am always a little baffled as to why a premium Beauty Box would include Morphe as this is a budget brand and very hit and miss in the quality of their products, I stopped buying this brand a few years ago as the quality seemed to be getting worse. I'm sure plenty of subscribers would love the products but just not for me this time :( fingers crossed that Febs Box is better.”

“A wonderful treat to myself each month. I received a Cohorted Box last year as a gift from my daughter for Christmas. It gave me immense joy for the 3 months to follow which frankly can be a little grim. However each month I sat down with a cup of tea to enjoy the amazing choice of beauty products inside from Chanel makeup to beautiful new highlighting face creams that I would never have discovered and which are now regularly purchased. Wonderful perfumes, body creams and makeup shades have all entered my world in generous sizes. I now subscribe myself and can only say that this is money well spent. Thank you to the curators of these boxes and to the amazing brands that have the insight to work with the brand... I look forward to my next box ... and that rewarding cuppa!”
