Delivery takes ages. Customer service is very poor, they simply ignore my emails. I unsubscribed in October but they still charged me and sent me another box, now I'm struggling to get a return.

Ordered and paid for items in full. Items were not sent and marked as 'on hold' but no explanation. Customer service is dreadful. Phone lines don't work/aren't connected. No response from facebook messages or emails. Eventually I had a response via email, but Conor couldn't access my order or account, so I had to inform him of my order. So I went into my account and copy & pasted the items, and sent them to him. Very odd.

Although I have never been disappointed with the products, I'm getting a bit fed up of receiving the boxes so late. I pay £35 a month I'd like to receive my boxes on time. I'll cancel my subscription if this continues.

First of all, I subscribed for their beauty box in November and was charged 35 GBP. I was informed that I will be charged for my second box on the 7th of December. So far so good... After not receiving any information from them regarding my box and seeing that I was charged for my second one (still not having received the first one) I decided to go ahead and contact them. Imagine my surprise when their reply was that they didn't ship to Bulgaria, well now that's interesting - given that I was allowed to register a shipping address in Bulgaria and I was CHARGED TWICE for something apparently they had no intention of sending to me..... I call that a complete scam! Let's see if I get a refund or you should expect another comment....

I used to get Glossybox and was quite bored with their products. I tried Cohorted and I love it so far. Each month there are new products from companies I would never normally try. Highly recommend

I used to get other boxes but always got stuff I didn't like and if I liked smth I was disappointed with the small size samples. Cohorted is amazing - best treat I look forward to see. Interesting products I would not pick myself but absolutely love. Discovered so many beautiful brands. And size- most of the times products are full size or good sized samples.

They seem to time products to my needs entirely. The hair oils coincides with my holidays and spritz with long-flights. It's a fantastic opportunity to try brands that would not necessarily fit into my radar but that once tried I would certainly purchase again. There had not yet been one product that I have been disappointed with. The girls in my offices use other branded boxes and have been continuously disappointed with one or more products each month. When I receive my cohorts box it's almost an event to see what's inside.many of them have now moved to cohorted. Thank you!

Its not just the box. Its the build up to getting the box and anticipating what luxuries will be in it. Never been disappointed, love being introduced to new brands. Would never be able to afford the items individually but with the Cohorted box I get to treat myself each month. Nothing but praise for the box.

The cohorted box always makes me happy every month its made up of all high end products that i would never beable to go out and buy all seperate at individual price so when getting the great products every month on this fantastic box it make my month, best beauty box by far

Good quality products and look forward to my box monthly ! I have only been a subscriber for 3 months but am pleased with the products selected however the last two boxes were not as good as the previous one . Bring back more big names like nars ! And some nice lipsticks !

My other have brought me the subscription for Christmas and I look forward to receiving my box every month, the products are good sizes and I much prefer that to other boxes that are full of samples. I've received some fabulous items that will be repurchased when I've finished for example, Nars monoi oil and the balm nude tude palette. My only dislikes are the long wait for it in the post and that I will sometimes see products that have been included in the box in places like tk maxx heavily discounted which makes the box less value than it's supposed to be. I do enjoy it though and have had more good than bad.

I subscribed in the end of September and was charged for the September box, which never arrived. When I contacted their customer service, they said the payment was for the oct box. But they charged me again for october! I recieved the oct box very late and was charged again in November for a box which didn't arrive. When I contacted the customer service, they said they are not shipping internationally anymore and I will get a refund for November. Now I replied and wrote many Emails that i only recieved one box and paid for 3. And they need to refund me for the other two. Still waiting for an answer. Auch an awfull experience! So I hope you refund soon, before I have to take other actions.

Signed up. 1st box late. Past season poorly rated products. 2nd box not arrived. Pass the buck to Royal Mail. Poor customer service.

Awful customer service. My box never arrived and I was charged for it. I contacted them via Twitter and they gave me some very unclear (and condescending) spiel about how it would be a few days after the next month because of when I signed up so I waited for over a month... was charged again for the next period - still no box. Requested to cancel any pending orders (if they were actually ever going to send my box!) and for full refund - which they did process quickly (although they never replied to my email to tell me the refund had been actioned).

My first (and probably last) experience with Cohorted has been terrible! My box was delayed, customer service team (spoke with Connor) only bother to reply back to you when they want and just give one liner replies. When I finally did get my box I had an item missing. 3 items for £35 is a joke! I will not hesitate to use social media to express my frustration until I get a response with an acceptable resolution! Save your money do NOT sign up to this!

Of the two months I was subscribed, both boxes have arrived significantly later than promised. The October box had an error, where the original eyeshadow planned had been replaced by the selfie powders however the booklet still named the eyeshadow palette. This box also arrived without a ribbon etc and rather battered. The company also withdrew the money for novembers box early, which promoted me to cancel. The November box arrived today, again late, and was actually missing one of the products promised in the booklet. I have emailed customer services to let them know but doubt very much, given the service so far, anything will be done about this careless error. Annoyed doesn't begin to cover the feeling you're left with this subscription seevice

I have been a cohorted subscriber for two months and for both boxes delivery has been severely delayed, products not that great for what is sold as a premium beauty box - of all the subscription beauty boxes Cohorted is the most expensive but not really worth the money! I wouldn't subscribe - stick to LF Beauty box and Birchbox, well worth the money and they always arrive on time!
